IM BACK. Read on.
I strode into my new school, hands in pockets, glaring at anyone that looked at me. I was in no mood to be looked at or even talked to, so hopefully my glare scared them all away. The office seemed small and stuffy and the old lady behond the desk smelled like foot cream and prune juice. She handed me a slip of paper, but not before looking me over in digust and mumbling something like 'rich brat'.
I turned on my heel and walked towards the door, but not before looking at her and hissing, "If I was rich, my little brother wouldn't have died of cancer this morning."
I walked up to locker 210; hoping that I didn't have an annoying locker neighbor.
"Hiya!" Shreeked a high-pitched voice. Spoke to soon.
I slammed my locker and walked away before the sorce of the noise said anything more.
I felt a hand grab my shoulder and I spun around to look down on a small boy. His hair was sticking out in all directions and dark chocolate eyes. He bounced up and down as he looked at me.
"What do you want?" I grumbled, not wanting to stand around and talk to him.
He took a sharp intake of breath and clutched his heart, "Damn, who slipped insta-bitch in your Cheerio's this morning?"
"My father." I said flatly and turned to walk away, but the little twit caught me.
"Sorry to hear that, Mr.GrumpyGills. Anywhore, I'm Corey." He beamed at me but I kept my blank, emotionless expression. "What's you're name, Mr. PoutyPants?"
I huffed and rolled my eyes, "Rider."
He opened his mouth to speak again, but I put a hand up to cut him off and walked in the direction of my next class.

The day dragged on as I ate lunch alone, since everyone thought I was gonna rip off their heads off with me teeth just for the taste.
I groaned and rubbed my head as Corey spotted the empty table I was currently sitting at.
I got up and was going to make a run for it when I heard, "Rider!"
Great, now every knows I speak. I was doing a pretty damn good job at making people think I was mute.
"What?" I asked annoyed with this little boy now invading my personal time.
"I saw you were eating alone so I thought 'Oh! Maybe he wants someone to eat with him and cheer him up.'" He sat in the seat right next to me and pulled out his food.
I huffed and shoved my hands in my pockets, "You thought wrong."
He looked at me with his big brown eyes. They were so...big. That's really it and I seemed to be lost in them for a second.
I broke the contact and mentally slapped myself. Corey blushed and played with his thumbs.
"What's wrong?" I asked, but trying not to care. I mean, I'm Rider. I care about everyone's feelings and I was begging to hate this whole "bad boy" thing.
"You're cute..." He mumbled, the gasped at what he had said and slapped a hand over his mouth.
I laughed at him as he mummbled and slapped himself.
"Hey kid. Don't worry. Hey I'm Rider and I'm sorry I was such a dick to you earlier. That's not really me, it's just some things happened today, and I was really mad, so I took it out on everyone. But, yeah, I'm sorry." I babbled and Corey laughed.
"It's alright. Just good to know I wasn't the one upseting you." He smiled brightly, like a little kid getting ice cream.
"Listen, Corey, I hate to leave you in a rush, but I have to get home." I flashed him a small smile before hurrying out.
