Dear Keith...

Chapter 9

Keith just sits there. "Uh.." My voice cracks. "I'm sorry I shouldn't have" I started to get up when he pulls me down and says "Lance will you stop feeling like everything you do is going to affect me in some emotional way? I love you too." I start to cry then hug him. "I'm sorry" "And quit apologizing too" He laughs. I laugh too. "Okay" We start heading back to the castle when the Galra start attacking out of nowhere. "Everyone get to your lions!" shouts Shiro. I start running to red when a beam starts sucking me in. "Keith!" I reach out to Keith. "Lance!" Keith tries to grab my hand but he's too late. I get sucked into the ship and sit in a big purple room. Lotor comes out of the shadows. I get up. "I should've known" I go in for a punch but he punches me in the stomach. "Oh please you earthling. I don't want to fight you." I spit up blood "Why?" "I need something to weaken your strongest paladin because I need him instead and I knew he would try to fit me back on an offer." "What offer?" I ask. "To join my Galra cruise. We need better pilots like your friend Keith. There's something special about him. He's like the future" I get up fast and punch him repeatedly in face until a guard gets me off of him. "You leave him alone." I say as Lotor wipes the blood from his mouth and walks towards me. "Keep pulling stunts like that and Keith won't see you ever again." He walks away. "So what are you gonna do with me?" I ask. Lotor keeps walking as a guard takes me away to a dark cell . "You hear me Lotor! Keith will come for me and take down your deal and battle cruiser!" I scream as the guard leaves.

It's been two weeks since I got abducted and Keith has yet to come. Does he even want me anymore? Maybe he's just making a good battle plan to come rescue me? I don't know. You know what I should write him a letter to keep myself occupied. I haven't done that in a while.

Dear Keith

Hey man I wanted to let you know that fajbdfvbjawfbjwa

Over the intercom, I hear "There's been an attack. It's the Voltron team. All soldiers get to your fighters immediately!" It's Keith. I know it is. "Watch the prisoner. When Lotor says bring him do it." The guard nods as one of Haggar's druid friends leaves to "help" fight. All of a sudden I see Pidge and Shiro come out of the shadows and take on the guard. "Guys! Oh man am I glad to see you!" I say getting released from the cell with the helpful hand of Shiro's light saber glowy hand thingy. "We don't have much time. Keith's waiting in the black lion for us while Hunk is stalling. Let's go" Pidge says as we leave. We manage to escape and I rest next to Keiths chair. "Hunk we've got Lance lets go" Keith says as Hunk finishes letting the yellow lion eat a fighter pilot. "Okay!" We get myself to a healing pod. 

~The next day ~

"Keith you've been here for at least over 24 hours. You need rest" Shiro says standing over him. "No not until Lance comes out of that pod. I need to make sure he doesn't get taken again." "Keith he doesn't blame you for getting taken. You saved him from Lotor's evil clutches, that's all that matters to him" The pod opens. I fall into Keith's arm. "Keith-" "Let's get you something to eat." I smirk. "Talking eating. Are you asking me out on a date?" "Ugh so typical" Keith laughs. God I've missed that laugh. It feels good to be home.
