Hey guys!
So I'm really sorry for not  updating. Schools been busy and shit has happened. Anyways, this chapter will have mixed perspectives. So enjoy!!!!
-----------------------------------------------------------

Your POV~

You awoke in a coughing frenzy. Your body desperately trying to rid of the gases you inhaled moments earlier. Everything was dark. There was no sound. You tried to make out the outlines of the shadowed shapes around you, but to no avail. Slowly you pulled yourself from the concrete floor.

'How am I alive?'

You thought, running your fingers through your hair. You looked around, your eyes slowly adjusting to the darkness around you. Soon you were able to make out the outline of a door. Walking over to it you tried opening it. But it didn't work. You tried prying it. You tried picking it. Nothing worked. You were trapped. In darkness. With no food. No water. Letting a cry of defeat you slid down the wall.

'I would have much rather died by radiation than this bullshit!'

Strangers POV~

I was making my way back to Diamond City when I heard a cry. No I scream. Panicking I looked around to try and find the source.

'A bunker ?'

Cautiously I made my over. The sound was louder. I sounded like a woman. I noticed the door can only be opened from the outside.

'Poor thing'

I pulled the opened and saw a young woman with her knees pulled to chest crying. She hadn't noticed that I had opened the bunker. That's when I noticed it. She was in a military uniform. To be more precise. An American solider uniform.

'She's been alive since the war'

I slowly approached her, not wanting to startle her.

"Hey doll, you ok?"

Quickly her head shot up. I crouched at her level observing her physical state.

'No burns. Sore. Rashes. She's perfectly fine. How?'

She opened her mouth to speak but seemed to have decided against it.

Your POV~

You pulled your knees to your chest. You allowed the tears to fall as you hoped the damn door would open.

'Why like this?'

You thought, not hearing the door opening. You continued to sob even when a stranger approached you.

"Hey doll, you ok?

Your head shot up. A stranger was crouched in front of you. You wouldn't to talk but decided not to. It didn't seem human.

"Who and what are you?" You asked in a shaky voice, the tears still wet on your face.

"Sorry doll, I don't mean to scare you. My names Nick. Nick Valentine. I'm a synth. A machine. Now tell me. What's your name?"

Nicks POV~

I smiled at the girl.

'How could something has beautiful as this, be an ex solider?'

"My names (yn)."

She smiled softly. I stood up, holding my hand out. She slowly reached out and grabbed. I pulled her to feet.

Your POV~

He lead you outside slowly. The light pierced your eyes but what you show shocked you. Dead. Everything was dead.

"There's nothing left." You sobbed.

Nick pulled you into a hug. He rubbed his hand on your back soothing you.

"Hey doll, don't say that. I know it's gonna be hard for you."

He smiled.

Nick POV~

I lead her outside slowly. She covered her eyes with her hand, waiting for eyes to adjust to the harsh sun. Then I heard her gasp.

"There's nothing left!" She sobbed

I pulled her into a hug. Rubbing my hand along her back, trying to soothe her.

"Hey doll, don't say that. I know it's gonna be hard for you."

Her sobs ceased but she stayed in my chest.

'I'm gonna stick with doll. She's gonna need the support. '

"It ok (yn). I'm here. Don't worry. I'll be here."
