A Secret Crush

They were ready. They were ready to tell the other Paladins about them. Only Keith knew how Shiro and Pidge would react. But no idea about Hunk, Coran, and Allura. Lance knew about Hunk.

There secret crushes weren't so secret after all.

The two lovers walked down to the lounge area and Keith cleared his throat. "Uhm, we have something to tell you guys."

Lance placed a hand on Keith's lower back and rubbed his thumb in slow circles. Pidge and Hunk noticed this act and barely held a joyous smile as they looked at eachother  knowingly.

Shiro eyed them curiously, inspecting Keith. He' usually tells me everything? But I have no idea what he's going to say...

Keith took a deep breath and looked at Lance, who nodded at him and gave him a comforting pat on his back.

"Lance and I... we're..." Keith cleared his throat, "Well..."

Keith's anxiety started to kick in and Lance wouldn't be his boyfriend if he didn't notice.

"We're a thing. Together. We're boyfriends." He finished for Keith, taking his hand off of Keith's back to lace their hands together.

"Pay up." Pidge demanded, holding her hand out to Shiro.

Shiro sighed, dug his hand into a pocket, pulled out a fifty, and handed it to Pidge.

Keith was shocked, "You made a bet on us!" He shouted.

"A bet on whether or not you two would get together within a week of the bet, and on who would tell us." Shiro said disgruntled on his loss of fifty dollars.

"I didn't participate because I didn't have any money. Pidge is a crazy son of a bitch and decided to take the bet even though she didn't have money." Hunk said the last part with a pointed glare at Pidge.

Lance started laughing and Keith looked down at him angrily, "it's not funny Lance!"

"It is too."

"How is this so hilarious to you?" Keith mumbled, glaring at Lance.

"Your reaction..." Lance said, still laughing.

"What about my reaction?"

"It was hilarious, and adorable." Lance chuckled.

"Get a room!" Pidge yelled.

Keith and Lance's faces went red and now they were the ones not finding anything funny.

"How do two male humans reproduce?" Coran finally asked.

"So two males can be in a relationship with humans?" Allura added to that.

"OH MY GOD! BYE! YOU EXPLAIN LANCE!" Keith said with a red face and practically ran out of the room.

"No Keith don't leave me!" Lance pleaded with an equally red face and ran out after him.

"Well?" Coran asked again. Not understanding at all.

"Two males can't reproduce Coran. They're together because they love each-other and are happy with each other." Pidge answered confidently, now playing a game on her computer.

"That's interesting..." Allura said with a smile.

"Keith!" Lance whined, hugging him from behind and peppering his neck and ears and shoulders with kisses.

"What did I do?" He asked for the a thousandth time.

"Nothing... i just don't want you to stop doing this..." Keith said a little ashamed.

Lance stopped and glared at Keith, "You're mean." He whined and then buried his face into Keith's shoulder.

Keith managed to turn around in Lance's embrace and hug him back, "I'm the nicest mean person you're going to meet."

He's happy like this. And will be for as long as he lives. Lance completes Keith. And Keith completes Lance.

They love each other and will continue loving each other even after death. When they got back to Earth and after they fought off the Galra. Lance and Keith got married at a beautiful wedding. Sealing their love for each other.

Yes they still argue from time to time. But that won't ruin their relationship. It'll make it stronger.

One night. They were laying in bed with Cosmo, "I love you Keith." Lance sighed. Kissing Keith's cheek.

"I'm the happiest man to have fallen in love with you." Keith replied lovingly. Lance chuckled at the words and cuddled up next to Keith.

They are happy.

There we go. I finally managed to finish this book! I love this story and never really could figure out how to continue it after last chapter. I hope I ended it okay! Have a good day and see you in my next book. If I ever decide to create one...
