Shit, it's my ex...

F/n's POV

I dashed my way across the city, looking for the daughter of Slade, Rose Wilson(For style effect, your swinging across the city like Spider-man using your bandages).

Back when I first met Slade, it may or may not have been because he was trying to kill me after he found a condom in his daughter's trash, whoops. I won his respect after I kicked his ass and so we started working together, even after his daughter and I started having problems.

I caught her sent and a few swings later and I dropped on top of a building. looking around, she was laying on her back on a vent, a duffle bag full of the money from the bank next to her. As soon as she saw me her eyes went into slits and she stood up, picking up the bag.

"Suprised you came alone, I would have thought you'd bring you half demon bitch with you."

"I'm equally surprised you're alone, usually you got the closest guy warming you up when you're laying down."

She glared at me, eyes full of hatred.

"That stuff doesn't matter right now, what does is that you turned your back on my dad."

"and I should give a fuck why?"

She didn't say anything and I spoke seriously, "You and I both know I could beat both you and your dad easily. Slade should be thankful he got my help, and you should be thankful I gave you the time of day, that being said, if either of you or anyone working for fucks with me, or the Titans, and your doth dead."

A smile spread across her face. "You know, you made a good point there, your friends would probably forgive you for working with Slade after you said that last part. Too bad I cut the recorder to the place I started that fire after you said you work with Slade and were with me."

My eyes widened, I didn't think about my new job, my reputation, my friends I've made... all that came to mind was Raven.

"I wonder how your half, demon, bitch is gonna feel when she finds out that the only 'good' demon she meets and allowed in her, is actually a murdering merc with no redeeming features."

Wrappings sprung from my arms and wrapped around her, and slowly, a let it tighten. She screamed in agony and I watched as the tough, arrogant and powerful Rose wilted and cried out in pain.

I was gonna let it go on till she passed out and kill her afterward. That was until a heard a thud and as I looked over to see what my wrappings blocked, it was a giant black magic fist, cast by Raven, aimed at my head.

I dropped Rose and looked at Raven, dumbfound with my mouth agape and eyes wide.

"Raven..."

Tears ran down Raven's face and she gritted her teeth and the black fist vanished, multiple black magic streaks shooting out at me, over and over, one after the other, they were blocked by my wrappings and immediately replaced by a new magical attack.

All I did was stare at her, trying my best to think of what to say.

"Raven... stop it, please.... cut it out!" wrappings shot out and decapitated all her spells as she floated in the air, crying and breathing hard. 

"...Raven, you didn't get to hear everything that was said, I-"

"SHUT UUUUP!!!" she yelled as the tears streaked down her face, she spoke again and her voice was shaky, "Y-You demons can go back to the hell they came from! you're full of n-nothing but lies and excuses! I... I trusted you! I changed my entire life for you! I-I even excepted my inner demon and I-I don't kn-now if I can trust it anymore! and...  AND... AND IT ALL HURTS! BECAUSE I THOUGHT I LOVED YOU!" She shot out another magic bolt of black magic.

What did she just say..?

I didn't even feel the magic pierce and scorch my flesh, to surprised by what she said.

Her eyes widened and the sobbing stopped as my blood flowed down my arm and the side of my chest.

"F/n... I..." She watched me for a moment and I just stared at her, and in a flash, she squeezed her eyes shut and turned away, flying as fast as she could back to the tower as my wrappings curled around my wound.
