Not that any of the members were dumb, but you two shared the most intellect. You're both fascinated with finding meanings behind everyday things, everyday concepts. You could spend hours together discussing outer space, societal behaviors, politics, etc. This was another hyung you looked up to for great advice and you could tell him some of your deepest secrets without fear of judgement. When you weren't reading books together, you were out exploring nature and taking long walks to clear your head.

Admirable qualities:

~You like how intellectual and thoughtful he is. His mind is always somewhere off on another planet, but in a good way. He's super smart and a great leader.

~He's quirky, but you like it. It makes you laugh when his dimples appear after doing/saying something embarrassing.

~He's your secret keeper and a great member to talk with. When something's bothering you or you need advice, he's the go-to man.

First Impression:

~All seriousness. Like oh man, you thought Namjoon was stiff as a board but he slowly revealed his truth self to you. You were sometimes naughty and liked to have wild fun, and he showed over the course of the year that he could have fun too (with the help of some beer).
