I reached my hand over to hers. She did the same. We intertwined our finger. She looked down at our hands and up to me she was blushing. Gosh, shes so cute.

"Come on." Said Rydel not noticing us. We started walking.

Alex's POV

"Riker, wait." I said pulling his hand. "What?" He asked looking concerned. "I'm scared." I said looking into his gorgeous hazel eyes. "Don't be, we have all of our classes together." He said smiling, his smile makes me smile. He pulled me in to a hug, I hugged back. He put his arms around my waist, I liked it. "Thank you." I whispered to his ear. "Any time." He said as he pulled back. "Come on, if we make it to home room early, we can sit by each other." He said.

We went inside and went straight to home room. "Early people get to pick their seats." Said our home room teacher. We looked at each other and smiled.

We took two seats in the back. The seats were all groups of four, but there was a pair of two, so we took those.

Riker was looking at people coming in the room, then a short brunette walked in. "Shit!" He said looking the other way. "What?" I asked him. "The brunette that just walked in. I dated her last year and then dumped her. She hasn't really accepted that yet." He said worriedly. "Hey, don't worry about her." I said just as she noticed Riker. "Hey handsome." She said smiling at Riker. "Go away Zoe. I dumped you last year, accept it." He said. "Who's this whore?" She said looking at me. "My best friend now leave." He didn't make eye contact with her at all.

"Class take your seats." Said the teacher. Luckily the only seat left was up front. "Zoe and Emily switch spots." the girl in front of Riker stood up. Riker' eyes got huge. "Relax." I said as I took his hand. He smiled and nodded. He didn't let go of my hand though, but I didn't care.

"Second period, we get to choose seats." He said as we walked down the hall. "Damn it." he said under his breathe. I looked to see Zoe at a group of four, the only two seats left were right in front of her. "Oh well at least we can still sit by each other." I said trying to make him a little bit happier. We walked in and sat down, Math is now my most hated subject.

She saw us sit down next to each other and she glared at me when Riker smiled at me. I glared back like bitch he's mine. She rolled her eyes and looked at Riker who was sitting at his desk tapping his foot. I held his hand and he got the message, he always taps his foot when he gets frustrated.

"One more class then lunch." I said trying relax. "third period we have to get to the gym early because we will get detention." he said, luckily the gym was right in front of our math class.

We walked in and sat on the bleachers. Zoe wasn't there, thats because she was the coaches daughter she got her own chair. "Great." I said with a sigh. "Relax." he said winking. "Haha very funny"' I said.

"Lunch." I said as my stomach growled. We went to the cafeteria and saw Rydel and Rocky. Riker and I looked at each other and went over to them. "Hey you two. Hows it going?" We looked at each other and the back at Rydel. "We have every single clas..." Riker stopped. Zoe and her little possy sat at our table. "Hey Rikey." He looked at Rydel. "Don't call him that." Rydel snapped. Zoe rolled her eyes and looked at me. "Rikey did you dump me for that little hoe?" Zoe said. "No I dumped you because your the hoe around here." He spat at her. "Come on Rikey. You don't mean that." She said with puppy eyes. "Don't call him that!" I said firmly. "What are you gonna do about it?" She said trying to be tough. We all looked at each other and got our bags and left.
