Souls POV

"Well what we fought about was-"

"Hey octopus head stay away from my maka. So go right NOW." Spirit also know as death scythe said- no demanded me to do. For once I thank him for getting me out if telling my friends about the fight.

I saluted to him "YES SIR Mr. death scythe sir" I said in my best military voice and scurried off.

Kid POV

I was beginning to get a bit suspicious about Soul. He called my fathers death scythe... no Makas father 'sir'. Soul doesn't respect him enough to do that. Something's off and I'm going to find out what it is. I have- no need to find out what Soul is hiding. Whenever we bring up the argument he becomes flushed and finds a way to dodge the bullet. No one else noticed. When Maka first told us about their argument, I saw the this-will-ruin-my-reputation look. What was he hiding from his friends?

I was walking home to bring Maka some cloths. She probably wants a hoodie and pants. Plain enought. When I made it to the apartment, I was there with the same greeting I had for four years, dust and darkness. Blair had decided to go back to her pumpkin house for awhile. So it was lonely but not for long since Maka came back, I really hope she can come home soon.

My mind went back to the day of the argument ' CONSIDER THE PARTNERSHIP OVER'. What had gotten into me that day? She didn't even act jealous and she had every right to be angry that I was using girls. I was snapped back to reality by the front door closing behind me with a click. It was dark but I could still make out who the person was. "Kid?" I asked confused. Why he was here now?

"Soul, I know Maka wasn't telling the whole truth about you're guys' argument. I saw the look in your eyes when you found out she would say something. What did you two argue about that day. And don't say it because you burned the curry again?" Kid demanded in monotone. Wow he got a bot more intimidating over the years.

Kid really grew up. "Kid, I don't have time right now I'm packing Makas cloths right now." I said walking to the hall, straight to her room. Kid followed behind me "Soul, why do keep dogeing the question." Kid said with a firmer voice. "Because the fight was nothing, I was just being an ass like I userally am." "But Maka can deal with you being a complete ass." "Jeez thanks." " What. Did. You. Say." He said with an unfavourable voice. I stuffed cloths into a duffle bag staying quite as the tension grew. "We got into a fight." Thinking of the right words to say and he waited for me to say them. "Can we talk about this later Kid. I want to get back before Maka wakes up. We can talk about this later." I headed to the door to leave but when I opened it the gang hanged there blocking me. "I think the is unfair."

How did kid notice I was trying to hide something.

"Spill it" Liz said.

"Hahahaha soul has a secret soul has a secret lalalalala" Patti said while laughing like a six year old.

"Tell your god about Maka and your argument. I the amazing Blackstar deserved to know" Blackstar yelled like a Maniac.

"Soul tell us what the argument was about. Now." Kid demanded. I was cornered against the wall.

I sighed "fine I'll tell-" just like that I ran but got tackled to the ground by Blackstar. I groaned. Patty was holding Liz in pistol form "spill. It." Kid said in a more stern tone. Oh boy this is so not cool I though.

After that they tied me up "Jeez at least let me drop the cloths off with Maka" they all glared at me. Jeez why am I trying to hide it from them, threw the four years my cool attitude could make me care less, so why do I care now all of a sudden. I was never one to bring up the past.... but still.
