Maka pov

"Alright"

I answers a motionless tone.'I was kidnapped, force by a guy we call master to fight to the death, found my long lost older brother, locked into cells, robbed of our names, molested and raped by sleazy garuds, beaten, I killed people... I killed more people, oh don't forget I killed them, went blind... almost... and-' ... I don't think I should mention all that.

"That day we had that fight, I was taken and put in this prison place thing... that's particle what it was." I said, 'not a total lie'

"What did they have you do?" I could feel him come closer as he asked again. "Nothing much-" Okay that's a lie. "Then how did you get so beat up?" He asked as if he didn't believe me. "Prison riot" 'A little more like a plan me, Mark, and May came up with... I'm not lieing thou.

"If that's all I NEED to talk to Lord Death." I said turning away. He still trailed behind me. Jeez does he ever quite, I'm really starting to get annoyed.

I rubbed my right eye. It's still dark , when I stopped I closed my left eye and opened the right to see what I can see. Barely.. it even see an out-line, just smudges. 'Crap.'

"Maka." I heard Soul say behind me. "Yea." "I-"

"Maka-Chan!" I smiled again. Wow I feel like I'm two -faced today. "Lord Death!" I smiled "Oh good! Oh goody!! It's good to have you back Maka, it's not the same with out you here, the school and everyone took quite the troll when you where gone." I looked questionably at him as Soul cleared his throat. "Well your father will be glad your back! And so will your mother." I beamed with excitement!! "I can't wait for them!" There going be so excited to see Mark!

I stopped at mid-thought "OH!! LORD Death" I said. " There are others out side of Death city, who are also injured that we need to get right away!" I reported. I'm so late. "OH!! There already here!" He answered in a bubbly tone as usual. "What!?" "Yup! Yup! There currently in the cafeteria setting proper aid an-" I turned to dash out of where I was a"Maka!" Soul called out. I stopped in my tracks, and turned and quickly bowed. 'I think my side wound just opened' "Thank you Lord Death!"  and turned to run, not as fast as I would like but as fast as an injures person would, but then again it's me... I move fast when I want to.

"Maka!!!" I heard Soul as he ran behind me. REALLY SOUL, im injured and your still running behind me. "Maka why are you running?" Tsubaki voice yelled as I passes two body figures. "YAHOO!! SOMETHING EXCITING"

"Maka?" Kids voice echoed. clapping was made "A CHASE!" "Uhhhhh, whhhhyy, we just came back from a mission!" our foot steps exhod threw the halls. It must be night time, becuase the school feels empty.

And with another twist, I heard voices, thoese happy voices that where there before still being glad for there freedom. I stopped when I made it at the entrance, it was so warm, even thou I new more then half was died.

"Maka? What are we doing he-"

"MAKA!!!" I heard yelled as two bodies held on to mines tightly. "MAY! MARK!!"
