It was morning by now. When I first awoken, the first thing I noticed was the weight on my shoulder. I looked around me before finally seeing the source of the weight, which to my surprise was none other then Hinata.

The memories of the night before flooded in my mind. We were watching the Tv when I had fallen asleep. I'm guessing she fell asleep as well. So here we were, on the couch.

I watched the sleeping girl. Her face completely innocent; Not worried at all by who I was and what I was. With my left hand I reached to her face planning on fixing her hair. But, eventually I simply lifted her bangs to see her full face.

She was beautiful...

I pulled my hand back, letting her bangs find their place back on her forehead. But my hand remained close to her. My eyes focused on her lips. Before knowing it my thumb grasped them.

"Mm.."

Suddenly my eyes widened. I needed to pull my hand back before she woke up completely, but it was too late. Her eyes opened, meeting mine for a quick second. My heart stopped before I pulled my eyes away. I moved my hand away.

"You sure drool a lot when you sleep." I simply lied. I felt her body pressure leave me quickly.

"Eh?" She let out. When I turned to look at her, she looked embarrassed. She touched the sides of her mouth.

"I'm so sorry." She said softly. I suddenly felt guilty for making her apologize, but what I was doing was much more embarrassing.

The two of soon both started cleaning what we left out the night before. Hinata entered her room and got ready to leave; Taking a shower first. I on the other hand sat at the kitchen counter, eating vanilla yogurt.

"How long are you going to play Human?"

My eyes widened at the sudden voice of Kuruma. I closed my eyes before meeting him in my mind.

" I'm not "playing" anything. What's so wrong about wanting to live somewhere where foods available." I said. I watched the fox sigh, as he had his eyes closed.

" Playing house with a human isn't just getting food. You're getting attached.."

"Oh shut up." I said out loud. When I opened my eyes I was met with Hinata drying her hair with her towel.

"I didn't say anything?" She said confused. I quickly sat straight.

"Uh no, I wasn't talking to you." I tried. She nodded before walking back to her bed room. When she came back she had her bag. She was leaving. I could feel myself feel lonely already:

She quickly grabbed her keys before putting her shoes on.

"There's food in the fridge. Just heat it up when you are hungry." She said. I nodded.

"Only 1 minute and 30 seconds, ok?"

"Yeah, Yeah hurry up and go already." I said before turning back around.

"I'm off." She said before finally leaving. I let out a sigh.

"Doctor Hyuga-"

"Uh Doctor Hyuga?"

"Doctor Hyuga!"

I shrunk in my seat. Why was I being bugged so much today? Luckily it was my break. But these days I've been being asked questions by new employees constantly. I sighed. I closed my eyes.

"Hinata-san?"

I jolted awake before turning around to face to Toneri.

"Toneri-san..." I said softly. He smiled. Before sitting next to me.

"How have you been lately? I haven't been able to talk to you in a while. " he passed me a coffee. I gladly took it even if it was almost noon.

"Well I've been busy both at work and at ho-" I stopped myself. I probably shouldn't mention I'm tired of having to clean up and take care of the demon who escaped. But it slipped up.

"You have a issue at home?" He asked.

"U-Uh I'm taking care a friends dog while she's away." I said sheepishly.

"Ah..I see." He said. Toneri wasn't very fond of animals.

"Is it well behaved?"

I laughed at this while thinking of Naruto.

"Let's just say, he's surprising cute." I said laughing.

He reached for my hand. Placing it over mine. I felt my skin prickle.

"I've truly missed you." He said. Changing the subject. Something he does constantly.

"I've missed you as well.." I say looking down. I truly haven't. How long will I keep this act?

After all this time, my feelings for him haven't changed a bit. He's nothing more then a friend to me.

After my break I was back to work. Examining a scale from a unknown lizard. I almost focused when a knock was heard at my door, causing me to lose my grip and mess up the microscope.

" Oh gosh dam-who is it?" The door opened before my eyes expanded at seeing a person I haven't seen in such a long time.

"Good afternoon Hinata." I moved away from my desk before embracing her.

"Welcome back, Sakura-san."
