CHAPTER 22

"Yeoboseyo?" Seung ho answered.

"Can we meet up? At the Han River?"

"Sure," Seung Ho replied, "now?"

"Please?"

"I'm on my way." Seung Ho cut the line.

Your phone rang again. You looked at the caller I.D., umma.

You hissed and answered it, "Ne?"

"Where are you?" Yoo Rin asked.

"Somewhere," You flatly answered, "I need to be alone, so don't look for me."

"What about Joon and Min Ho?"

"Don't you dare tell them what happened to me! If you do I swear I'll change my last name and never come home."

"Alright, alright." Yoo Rin said, suddenly worried that you might actually do what you said.

You cut the line and wiped your tears. Not too long you arrived at Han River. You got out of the car and looked around.

"Seul Gi-ah!" Seung Ho called you.

You ran to him, "Seung Ho oppa! I need your help." Tears started to flow.

"Ya, ya," Seung Ho sat you down and wiped your tears, "don't cry."

You sniffled, "Will you promise me something?"

"Anything." Seung Ho nodded.

"Whatever I tell you now," You inhaled, "you can't tell oppa."

Seung Ho nodded and you told him everything.

Seung Ho gawked at you the when you were finished.

"Well?" You looked at him, "What should I do?"

Seung Ho closed his mouth and blinked, "I-I, uh, I have a question."

"What?"

"Do you like Joon?"

Your heart fluttered at his name, "I think I do, I don't know... I think I am. I'm falling for my best friend."

Seung Ho smiled, "Why don't you tell him?"

"I can't! Don't you remember everything I told you?"

"Oh right." Seung Ho hit his head.

You took deep breaths to calm you down, "Thanks Seung Ho oppa."

Seung Ho bit his lower lip, "I have another question."

You looked at him.

"What if Joon loves you?"

Your heart fluttered, "I already know that."

Seung Ho's eyes widened, "How?"

"I heard you guys talk about it when I first went to your house," You snickered, "fools, if you're going to whisper make sure it is a whisper."

Seung Ho snickered, "Sorry. Will you tell him how you feel?"

"Not now." You shook your head.

"Wae?"

"Because I can't!" You gave him a sad look, "And I'm not sure with my feelings yet."

"Aigoo." Seung Ho shook his head.

Suddenly, your phone started vibrating on your hand. You looked at the caller I.D., "It's oppa."

"Answer it!" Seung Ho told you.

"Yeoboseyo?" You answered. 

"Ya! Where the hell are you?! Do you know how worried I am when your mom came back to the table without you?!" Joon's voice boomed. 

You smiled, touched, "I'm at the Han River, oppa."

"And what the freak are you doing there? Swimming?" 

You snickered, "I needed to breathe, I was suffocating in there."

"Stay there and don't move, I'm coming for you. Are you alone?"

You looked at Seung Ho, he shook his head, "Ne, I'm alone."

"Wait for me, I'm coming." Joon cut the line. 

Seung Ho looked at you, "He's coming here?"

"Oh yeah." You kept your phone. 

"I gotta get out of here." 

"Wae?"

"Joon will wonder why I'm here with you and think we're on a date."

Your eyes widened, "Yeah you're right. You're be dead knowing oppa."

Seung Ho snickered, "I better go now," he stood up, "can you take care of yourself?"

You looked around then at your watch, "Yup," you looked at him, "it's only 8:30 in the evening anyway."

"Be safe." Seung Ho patted your head before leaving.

You waited for a while on the bench, you looked at your watch, "9:00 already?" you sighed, "Oppa, where are you?"
