"Chapssaltteok? I thought you wanted boba."
"MO CHI MO CHI MO CHI!!" Sana started chanting the name for chapssaltteok in Japanese, the small round squishy ball of dough with filling in the middle and sugar on top, making Momo give in.

Walking next to them, Jihyo skipped happily, not caring where they went. She took Momo's hand, who smiled when she felt the refreshing coldness entangle through her fingers and wrist.
Finally they arrived at the boba place, sitting down and letting Momo order their teas and mochi.

"So. If you're here, please make my left hand cold." Sana held her hands out, palms up and elbows on the table.
Jihyo carefully placed her own palm on Sana's left.

"Left hand yes, right for no. Are you happy you came with us?"
Her left hand got a chill.
"Are you happy that Momo knows you now?"
Her left hand got colder before becoming warm, Jihyo pulling her hand away.

Momo got back with 2 small boxes and 2 teas, feeling bad that Jihyo can't have any.
"I wish I had a ghost friend..." Sana stirred her boba and poked her mochi.
"Hey, you do have a ghost friend. Have you seen yourself after you just woke up?" Momo laughed and dodged a flying tapioca pearl from Sana's milk tea boba, eventually sipping her own lychee shaved ice and mango popping boba.

Looking down at the mochi, Sana and Momo both noticed shifts in the sugar that was lightly dusted on top of the tiny squishy strawberry balls. Jihyo was sniffing them slightly, and poking them only to find the soft and pink ball pushing in slightly. She pushed it with her finger and it rolled over, the two Japanese trainees watching with interest.

"She must like mochi, huh?"
