Big News

Clary wakes up early in the morning runs to the bathroom and starts to puke. Jace is still sleeping and doesn't know what's going on. All of a sudden when Clary is done puking she feels something move inside her. Clary runs out of the bedroom and knocks on Isabelle's door. Isabelle opens the door and finds Clary standing in the doorway.
"Izzy we need to talk" Clary says Isabelle responds, "okay come on in". Clary steps into Isabelle's room and shuts the door. "I woke up and starting puking, I'm late for my cycle, and there's something moving inside me I think I'm pregnant" Clary says while panicking. "Okay have you taken the test" Isabelle asks? Clary responds "no".
Isabelle grabs the pregnancy test she keeps in her bathroom and hands it to Clary. Clary takes the test and it comes out positive. Jace wakes up, and notices Clary isn't in bed he checks the bathroom but nobody is there. He leaves the bedroom to look for her. Isabelle says "you need to tell Jace".
"Tell Jace what"? Isabelle and Clary turn around and Jace is standing in the doorway. "Please don't make me Izzy" Clary begs. Jace asks "what is going on"? "Clary's pregnant" Isabelle answers. Jace says "you're pregnant".
"Yes" Clary says nervously. Jace walks up to Clary, hugs her, and kisses her on the forehead. Isabelle asks, "what do you two want to do keep it or what"? Clary responds, "um It's up to Jace. I want to keep it but if he doesn't want to then we won't"."We keep it I want a start a family with you this baby is the next step" Jace says.
Clary looks up at Jace, smiles, and asks"really"? Jace responds, "really". Jace and Clary go back to their bedroom. Clary texts her mom and asks her to come over. Jace and Clary sit on the bed and wait for Jocelyn.
Jocelyn arrives at the institute and goes straight to Clary and Jace. She steps in the bedroom and asks, "what's going on"? Clary answers, "we have big news and I don't know how you're going to take it". Jace says, "Clary's pregnant". Jocelyn looks at jace and asks "what did you do to my daughter"?
Clary says, "Jace didn't do anything he asked for permission and I said yes it's not his fault. You just need to accept that we're happy together and we want to start a family".Jocelyn responds, "I'm sorry you're right at least you waited til you were married and you didn't keep it a secret from me congratulations". "Thank you mom" Clary says. Jace kisses Clary on her soft and warm lips.
