My Innocent Neko: Many years after

Chapter 7

Hey hey heeey I'm actually feeling a lot better at the moment so ima start trying to write again! I'm hoping to update one chapter to each book but well collage ya know? But anyway let's continue this story!

~Kuroi~
     I felt like something was missing...but then again still there? Like it was replaced with something new. I also feel like I'm just floating in this void  but I'm not scared just relaxed almost as if nothing mattered to me and really I cant remember anyone but I feel like I should be with someone..A lot of people actually I just cant remember who...

"Damnit.." I hear someone swear and it yanked from the void leading me to slowly opening my eyes then quickly hiss closing my eye again from the blinding light and groan softly.

"Great he is waking up.." I heard someone growl then a small crash as if something is getting knocked over or slammed down. "You brat are as useless as your brother" brother..? I have a brother..? 

"Shit.." the voice continued cursing as it I assume walk away then a slam of the door confirmed it. With the voice hopefully gone I slowly opened my eyes wincing from the light again as it shone down on me and slowly sat up. What happened..? I looked around and started shaking in fear at the scary room of tools only to find a cart of tools next to me covered in red. 

"I-is that m-my b-blood.." I whisper in fear and shook my head ignoring it as I look away from the cart and more off the table and stumbling with weak legs falling onto my knees "o-ow" I whine softly then ear light footsteps running to the door my body shaking and ears going flat. o-oh no is that voice coming back? I-I  don't wanna go into the void a-again! I frantically try to stand but its no use my legs are so weak I cant even hold myself up. I might as well just accept my fate..

"k-kuroi!" A female voice shouts and I slowly look up seeing a little girl run towards me and jump on me hugging me tightly around my neck. Who..? I wrap my arm around her waist and hug her back because really she is the only light to this void and confusion. "We have to go!" She pulls away and grabs my hand trying to pull me but I couldn't move. 

"I-I cant.." I whimper and she looks over at me frowning.

"T-then change! We have to hurry before daddy comes back!" she stared at me, only at me and I noticed tears forming in her eyes. "P-please.." She whimpered and for some reason it made me want to keep her safe. I squeezed her hand and forced myself to stand and lean down picking her up and talked out the room limping as she hid her face into my chest. 

"Which way do I go?" I stepped out the room looking both way of a long hall. 

"l-left" I heard her mumble into my chest so as I walked I rubbed her back soothingly trying to help this girl calm down and slowly opened a door peaking my head around but it was just another long hall that at the end has another door so I quickly walked straight to the door and slowly opened it peaking my head out and gasped seeing someone laying on the ground unconscious.

"That was to easy.." I froze hearing a voice.

"I agree but its best to get Kuroi and get out of here, its only been a day so he couldn't of done to much to him" Another voice said then three voices agreeded and walked around a cornor and walking into my view and stopped looking at me in surprise while I froze in fear. 

"Kuroi!" They all said together and I hugged the little girl close to me. 

"Kuroi?" A guy with dark hair slowly walked closer to me slowly and worry.

"G-get away" I whispered in fear seeing the mans face change to hurt and the little girl in my arms tensed looking up and saw the people and relaxed.

"Kameko!" She smiled and shifting in my arms so I slowly put her down and she instantly ran to the man that I noticed have cat ears like mine and I gasped  softly pointing at him. 

"Y-you have ears like me!" I said in surprise but I only saw sadness in his eyes while a smile showed on his face. 

"Y-yeah" He croaked walking to me laying hands on my shoulder, "Im..." He stopped talking and took a deep breath, "I-im here to help you get out of here and away from the bad man" I smiled nodding quickly then looked at the other two seeing sadness in their eyes and face.

"Im sorry to ask...but um..Who are you all?"

Hehehe so yes this is a really short chapter I apologize I just wanted to get something out there ya know? I think IMA make a poll of, if you want quicker posts but shorter chapters, OR longer posts and longer chapter
