13-Shocked

Clint sat slumped against the wall, he stared wide-eyed at the spot the man was just in.

Natasha who's room was next to Clint's heard the hard bang of her friend being thrown against the wall and rushed out.

"Clint!" She call out rushing to his side. "Clint" she said more gently as she kneeled down beside him. She slowly put her hands on he side of Clint's face, moving so he would face her. His eyes stayed locked one the spot the man was and he didn't respond to the Black Widow 

"Clint? FRIDAY alert Steve"

"Certainly, Miss Romonoff"

A few moments later Steve was also knelt down beside the Hawk.

"What happened?"

"I don't know I heard a bang and came to investigate. I found him like this. He will not look away from over there" Stave glanced at the area she pointed at. "I don't think he has even blinked"

"He is very pale" Cap said as he examined his friends face. "Let's get him on the sofa in the other room"

Steve and Nat put his arms over there shoulders and took him a shot distance to the front room, gently placing him on the sofa then proceeding to sit on either side of him. His eyes glanced back and forth at the floor.

"What do you think happened" Natasha questioned.

"Not sure but he is obviously in shock, I should probably go get Banner"

"Good idea. It looks like he has seen a ghost" The Black Widow sighed.

"I-I think I have" Clint whispered not taking his eyes off the floor. Natasha and Steve exchange concerned glances before the Captain went to get Bruce.

The sun had began to rise when Banner finished looking over the Archer. Bruce decided it would be best to study his friend in the comfort of his own room considering that he was slowly coming out of a state of shock plus it was conveniently the closest to the HW (hospital wing) and that Bruce was going to give him some sleeping pills. (Everyone would rather be in there own beds then a hospitals).

Bruce stepped out of the room and was  confronted by the eyes of all the Avengers including Wanda. He awkwardly shut the the door and spoke before anyone els could.

"Yes he is fine and will be. No he didn't say anything so no I don't know what happened and yes you can go in and see him but he should be sleeping. If you go in and he wakes up don't fire questions at him. When he puts his hearing aids in don't be loud he did hit his head. Thank you. Tony could you come with me please"

The Avengers gave a brief nod and went back to what they need to be doing while the two scientists head towards the cells.

The automatic doors to the cells opened for the two men. As they walked in they could see Nova silently sitting on the floor with her back facing the doors.

"So...why'd you do it?" Tony said coldly, sliding his hands into his pockets.

The young enhanced jumped at his voice, scrambling backwards to the furthest wall.

"I-did-I-I-you know- my sister-brother-I did-didn't meant to hurt anyone-I'm sorry-I" Nova rushed.

"What did you just say? Repeat that"

"I-I'm Sorry"

"Oh alright then"

"Really?"

".....NO you kidnap Wanda, you demolish half my building, you almost killed half of my team and friends, you almost killed Wanda by dropping a BUILDING ON HER-"

"Tony, calm down your scaring her-and I know she has done bad things but look at her" Bruce tried to reason.

Nova stay huddled to herself at the back of the cell. You could see tears streaming down her cheeks and her chest rapidly rising and falling. Tony sighed and walks out.

"Sorry miss...?"

"M-Maximoff but Nova is f-fine" Bruce gave a small smile before walking out.

A few hours later Nova laid on her bad in the cell staring up and the plane ceiling. Suddenly she heard the small click of the doers open. She got up fast. He heart racing. She felt vulnerable. Soft blue light filled her cell the area outside of it reviling someone on the other side of the the glass.

"Hey, Nova"

"Wanda?"
