Also, known as Red Cloak, Red Mantle, Red Cape, and Red Vest, is a Japanese ghost who supposedly haunts the girls' bathroom. They say he appears in a red cloak with a mask, because in life he was 'too irresistable to women.' Guess he just got tired of chicks bombarding him.

They say he hides in the last stall of the womens' bathroom and asks: "Red cloak or Blue cloak?" If you answer red, he'll sever your head, with the blood flow, it looks somewhat like a red cloak. If you answer blue cloak, he grabs you by the neck and holds you there until you suffocate, turning blue. They say asking for a third color will open up a portal, where white hands grab you and pull you into hell.

One story tells of a girl using the bathroom. "Shall we put on the red cloak?" He asked. She ran out of the bathroom quickly. She told her teacher what happened and the police were called. A female and a male officer came to the scene. The female officer entered the bathroom. "Shall we put on the red cloak?" He asked. "Ok. Put it on!" She said. The male officer heard a scream and rushed into the bathroom. She was lying dead on the floor, her head detached from her body.

In another legend, he is called "Red paper, Blue paper." They say a girl will hear a man in the last stall. "Red paper or blue paper?" Answering red skins you alive. Answering blue drains the blood from your body. Answering yellow apparently gives you a swirly according to this website. Answer No Paper will save you.
