Kara how are we going to to defeat this new threat Alura is getting strong stronger than we have ever been we may need a little help.
Kara: your right Barry we may need team arrow and team legends helping us but I still don't think it will be enough.
I think I know what I need to do kara but you might not like what I'm about to do.

I go into the speed force and draw out the other speedsters and ask for help from them we need to get the help from the other we can't win unless we have a back up plan.
Kara: your right we need a back up plan but your right again I don't like this plan either we can't even get through without this.
