Leaf of Faith
The wind blew the branches
As his heart clenched on the bushes
He watched his dream turn into ashes
Shivering hands as he hold the matches
As the leaf fall on the ground
He still runs on the same ground
Hoping she'll come around and he'll be found
Screaming so loud for her to hear his sound
Efforts of tree was etched on his brain
Hoping his hardship will not be in vain
For her love he will endure all the pain
For now he will reap all the fruits of his disdain
