I woke up in Liam’s bed rolling over to face him. His gruff stubble covered his skin his breath slow with the feelings of early morning. I giggled at his bear like state moving closer. He chuckled rubbing his face, smacking at the skin trying to wake him up. “Morning.” He grunted to me, picking me up, plopping me down onto his chest. I curled up to him, resting my chin on top his heart.

“Hi.” I greeted tugging the sheets above me covering my naked body.

“You have fun last night?” he asked placing a feathery kiss on my hair.

My cheeks heated at the thought. Liam and I, in his bed, his larger frame keeping mine wrapped safe and sound. Harry coming in and talking about his girlfriend, something about his door and Niall, he seemed alright, a little embarrassing to meet like that, but nice nonetheless.  Then I remember the hot role play when Liam strutted in wearing his tool belt.

I buried my nose into the curls of hair on his chest, cowering at the thought. “Awe, it’s okay.” He cooed to me like a little girl, stretching his fingers out to grab his phone off the dresser. His former smiled was replaced with a deadpanned frown. His big brown eyes crinkled in frustration. I wondered if he got that look as he was bent over working on a car, or if he bit his lip, or was he a tongue sticking out kind of guy? The thoughts made me squirm on top of him, rolling off before things got heated.

“What’s wrong?” I asked still trying to work out the hormones by tracing his tattooed biceps. I squeezed the muscle that stuck out, curling my nails in.

“Katherine said its okay for you two to go shopping Friday night.” Liam read his eyes still heavily focused.

“Why is that a bad thing?” I pressed kissing the firm skin of his shoulder.

“That’s not it; he wants her to meet his parents.”

“Meet his parents I thought they were, you know.” Of course I had heard his story, Liam seemed like a good secret keeper, but put a bit of alcohol in him and he had loose lips, really loose lips.

“They are-what’s he thinking?” Liam continued to stare at the screen, while I stared at him. He was a handsome man. The thought occurred to me as his eye brows furrowed deeper.

“He’s taking her to their graves.” Liam turned to me, his eyes softening a sad sigh heaving from his chest.

“Of course, he can’t take her to a family dinner, but he can take her there.” Liam sighed yet again, tugging me close.

“What’s Katherine like?”

“She’s sweet. Their first date was here, watched Grease together. It was cute.” Liam stroked my skin causing the hairs to stand.

“Do you think she’ll like me?”

“I think she’ll need you, stuff is tough with her friends at school, then there’s Leo, her parents, yeah she could use you.”
