Finally, it got to a time that was okay for them to be awake so they went downstairs and ate breakfast. As quickly as they could, they ran upstairs, got changed, packed their beach bags and wrote a note saying where they were and what they were doing.

"See this isn't that bad ehh?!" Ocean joked, "Hey I'm gonna go for a swim seeya."

"Cool bye!" Phoenix replied pulling a chair, book and towel out of her bag. Phoenix hated the water but Ocean loved it. Many times they laughed about how much their names suited them.

She was a quarter of the way through her book when. "AHHHHH!". Someone screamed. However, the thing Phoenix was dreading the most was that she knew who's voice it was...

Ocean's! "Someone help! Please someone help my friend she's drowning!" this time it was Phoenix screaming. No-one answered to her plea for help so there was only one thing left she could do. She had to save her herself! Phoenix tore of her kimono and dived in. She swam out a bit and called out for Ocean. No reply. She started panicking about what might have happened until she heard another scream. She followed where the sound had come from and sure enough there was Ocean thrashing about near the rocks. "Grab my hand!" Phoenix shouted over the waves reaching out to Ocean. She noticed a broken boat on the rocks but it was too far away for it to have any use. She had already swam in as far as she could without being pulled under by the menacing waves. "Try to swim towards me!" Phoenix yelled as she struggled to keep above the water.

Finally, they could almost reach each other. Just a few more centimeters when "AHHH!" Crash.
