Lose yourself in the music,
This moment you own it,
You better never let it go,
You only get one shot,
Do not miss your chance to blow,
This opportunity comes once in a life time bro.Raindrops had surfaced on the pane of my window. I watched the dark sky magically produce droplets - yes, I know about the water cycle and that, but I decided to take more of an...creative approach to it. I loved listening to the little drops of water hitting the ground, and I sure as hell loved dancing in the rain. It was six in the morning, before school. I wonder how I was like in school before. Willow and the girls were going to pick me up, and help me familiarise myself again.
My head throbbed in pain as vivid images of a car and lights and cars swerving rapidly appeared. Bright lights clouded my vision as I head a distant voice calling. IT sounded like my own voice but I wasn't sure. I couldn't quite grasp who was driving, but Dane had said it was him. I gasped for air, my throat closing up.
"D-damien!" I wheezed loudly, trying to get someones attention. I was in my room and Diana, Damien and were probably all in their respected rooms.
I dragged myself to the bathroom, trying to steady myself against the sink. I dook deep breaths in and out, and took a pill. Pain shot up in my ribs and lower back as I collapsed onto the floor, black dots clouding my vision.
"FUCK! Domenica! Wake up! Dom!" Damien's voice echoed throughout the room, or was it my ears.
All of the images disappeared, the throbbing pain in my head disappeared, the tightness in my throat had also disappeared.
I took a greedy gulp of air, sitting up right.
"You okay Dom?" He asked, looking at me sadly. I nodded quietly and thanked him.
"Sorry for that...I don't know what happened. I saw cars..and lanes and more cars swerving. I was in the passenger seat and I couldn't quite make out who was driving." I mumbled feebly, feeling weak.
"It's okay. Let's get you up." He said, picking me up softly. I leaned on him for support, he helped me back into my room.
"I'm sorry for that Damien." I mumbled, tears rushing to my eyes. His eyes hardened as he sat me down.
"Don't be sorry for something you have no control over it's fine. Get ready for school, the girls and Ricca are coming to pick you up." He said smiling. "I made waffles. Your favourite birthday cake and strawberry flavoured ones." He said as my mouth watered.
"Gerrout I have waffles to eat! Shoo! And Damien?" I said, making puppy dog eyes. He narrowed his eyes at me but smiled playfully.
"What?"
"I want sprinkles and maple syrup on it too." I said, slamming the door on him, his chuckles echoing throughout the corridor.
I got ready quickly, I did shower quickly, and pulled out my outfit. I took out a leather jacket, black ripped jeans, Yellow Nike air force 1's and a yellow crop top. As I was changing, I studied my body for quite some time.
I had small scattered scars all over my body, some of them covered by the tattoos. I had one tattoo from my upper arm till my shoulder that I loved; it was a rose bush thing with thorns. I also had tattoos on my hands, they were also my favourite. My ribs were still bandaged, they were such a disgusting colour. They hurt but I could deal with it. I re-wrapped the bandages, hissing slightly at the amount of pressure I had unintentionally put on.
I put on some mascara and lip balm, and pulled my hair into a messy ponytail.
I put on a cute pinky ring, it had a gold tiger on it. Pretty badass.
