❝changbinnie hyung!❞ jeongin called out while all his friends were silently busting uwus. somi and hitomi introduced themselves to the other boys and the group started small talk that soon turned into deeper conversations.

as the group started heading into different stores, jeongin was distracted but by something else. it was all those letters. and all the bubble gum and sweets he has gotten for the past 2 months. all the letters were signed by someone who goes by ❛jinjin❜.

jeongin has no idea who it was since a lot of people at his school had ❛jin❜ in their names. he really just wanted to know who was giving him love letters. he didn't the chance to ready today's letter as hitomi and somi were with him at his locker.

the maknae sighed.

hitomi came to him as everyone was being loud and acting like they were on crack.

❝jeongin? are you okay?❞ the japanese asked. jeongin snappped out of his thoughts and smiled. he nodded. hitomi raised her brow, knowing the boy was lying. they have known each other since 3rd grade for fucks sake.

hitomi sighed. ❝jeongin, just tell me. i know you're lying,❞ the maknae whined in defeat. ❝ugh, fine! if i tell you, you cannot tell anyone about this, okay?❞ hitomi smirked and made a pinky promise with jeongin.

the maknae dragged the girl out of the store and sat down at the near by starbucks. he took the letter from today and handed it to the japanese. she read it quietly and smiled softly.

❝wow jeong, you have someone head over heels for you. when did you get this?❞ the boy blushed. ❝in the beginning of april. i-i don't know who it's from let alone how this person knows me.❞ jeongin also mentioned the bubble gum and sweets he gets every day.

hitomi was quaking. she couldn't believe someone liked jeongin this much. but, it was understandable. the boy charmed everyone with his cuteness. ❝i think it's a guy.❞ jeongin choked. ❝w-wait what-❞ ❝i mean to me it just sounds like a dude. but, it could be a girl too.❞

before anyone could say anything else, felix was running towards the starbucks. felix sat down and pushed his back. ❝stop trying to act sexy, you're a nerd.❞ the maknae blankly said.

hitomi started to burst out laughing while felix looked like he was going to kill jeongin. the rest of the group came back along with chan carrying all the bags.

jisung was teasing changbin. ❝so are we all gonna sit here like dumbasses or actually get starbucks?❞ somi laughed out. felix agreed to pay for everyone. until everyone recognized the cashier.

❝isn't that lee minho? jisung's crush?❞ changbin smirked. jisung blushed and looked away. he knew what they were gonna do. embarrass him. felix went up to the counter and ordered everyone's drinks.

❝alright, that's going to be $17.60.❞ the australian snickered. he looked around for his wallet. ❝oh, fuck. i think i forgot my wallet. give me a second. jisung!❞ felix yelled out.

minho's heart started racing at the name. jisung slowly walked over to felix and got his money out. felix moved out of the way and pushed jisung to the counter. the boy blushed more than before and paid the cashier.

minho brushed his hand over the other's, causing jisung to turn red. jisung turned around and stomped towards felix. ❝did you deadass just pretend you forgot your wallet just to have me pay?!❞ he whisper yelled. chan pecked felix's cheek.

felix was now smiling ear to ear.

jeongin quietly wished that someone would love him like that. someone wouldn't use him. he just wanted to be love.

but little did he know, he was about to meet that person who would make him feel safe and warm.

and he couldn't wait.
