everyone was quaking when they saw hyunjin and jeongin together again. this time, they were talking this slow. they were slowly rebuilding their relationship up again. they didn't want anything to go too fast. we all know how that turned out.

today, felix invited hyunjin's friends to hang out. he thought if their best friends were dating each other, might as well get along. only for the sake of hyunjin and jeongin.

everything was only for hyunin at this point.

and of course jeongin begged felix to have renjun, yerim, and mina to tag along.

it was one big group.

for some it was like a triple date. others it was just a hangout.

the amount of gay that was in the air—

anyways, these days, hyunjin couldn't help but realize how much he just wanted to be with jeongin. it was like the younger was his drug and hyunjin was the drug addict.

that didn't really sound right.

but—that was it. yang jeongin was hwang hyunjin's drug. and, damn, hyunjin was sure addicted.

both boys couldn't wrap their minds of how someone as beautiful as the other could exist. like, there was no way that hyunjin could be as beautiful as he was.

they were taking small steps. that was what was best for their relationship. falling outs take time to recover. jeongin still couldn't forget that part of him that told him at the time of the fight not to go back to hyunjin.

he remembered that feeling of not wanting to run back.

but he did. he ran back. and he didn't regret it.

while everyone was clowning chan and felix, hyunjin looked over at his boyfriend. ❝what are you thinking about, baby?❞ hyunjin ran a hand through the younger's hair. jeongin snapped out of his thoughts and blushed at the nickname.

❝n-nothing. just about how i didn't know you were jinjin this entire time and i kinda feel like a idiot.❞ the smaller male blankly blurted out. the older let out a soft giggle before opening his mouth. ❝baby, it's fine. don't blame yourself. there's a reason why you never knew.❞ hyunjin laid his hand on jeongin's. 

but no matter what, that's the only thing he was thinking about. how stupid he was for not knowing that jinjin was hyunjin.

i'm not gonna lie; it was pretty obvious but you didn't hear that from me.

hyunjin pulled the shorter into his arms. ❝you're so beautiful, you know that? you're such a sweetheart. i love you, baby.❞ jeongin was a blushing mess. the fact that hyunjin could still be like this in public made jeongin want to curl in a ball.

❝h-hyunjin—i-i love you too,❞ the boy hid his face in his hands. he couldn't deal with all the compliments from the taller.

hyunjin slowly took jeongin's cheeks into his hands and pressed his lips softly against the other's. the kiss was so sweet, jeongin thought he would get diabetes.

once yerim turned around to tell a joke, she was only greeted to the couple kissing. ❝ew! get a fucking room!❞ the girl yelled out. she threw her ryan plushie at jeongin.

chan peeked his head out to see what yerim was yelling about. ❝stop eating each other and let's go. fucking rude.❞ yerim mumbled. renjun, mina, and yerim were fifth wheeling this whole time, they were getting bitter about it.

❝these fucking hoes—❞ renjun sighed out. felix turned around and rolled his eyes. it wasn't his fault renjun was single. jisung and minho were long gone, doing god knows what. yerim nodded. mina pouted.

they were acting like kids.

❝hey, it's not my fault no one wants to date your stinky ass,❞ hyunjin said as he looked at his nails. both females along with the chinese whipped their heads. ❝that's fucking rude. we just breathed,❞ mina said.

jeongin scoffed. ❝you're the ones that are complaining about being single, so...❞ felix suggested to the single three to hang out together. of course, they chose that instead of sitting around seeing chanlix and hyunin eat each other's faces all day.

(in which, chan protested that him and felix don't to that 24/7).

but, of course, even without his friends, jeongin was still happy.

did i mention he didn't mean to fall this hard? it was kinda funny. the fact that he never knew he could fall down the hole of love.

and the boy even told himself not to fall in love.

but look where we are today.

and it was all because of bubble gum.
