Vegas is less than I expected. Then again it's blazing hot and only two in the afternoon. The city itself is amazing, but the heat is throwing me off. We are currently trying to find somewhere to stay that isn't too expensive. I keep trying to tell him that we shouldn't stay in the city, but he's determined to.

When he finally finds one he agrees with the prices he pays for a room for the night. I take my bag inside throwing it down on the bed.

"There's only one bed." I tell him and he nods.

"I can go ask if they have any cots if you feel uncomfortable sleeping together." He comments after digging through one of his bags.

"Don't go through the trouble." I shrug. Maybe it won't be such a bad thing to sleep next to him. I smile thinking about it. No, don't do that to yourself Victoria. No feelings.  I think he only sees me as a friend. Lord, he hasn't even told me his name. I almost laugh at myself but then I remember he is still in the room. "I'm going to go shower now." I tell him after grabbing clothes to change into.

I don't take long. I just needed to wash myself and my hair. I change and then go back into the room. I see that the boy isn't in the room, but his wallet is. Now's my chance to find out what his name is. I walk over and open it quickly. His license reads Michael Clifford. I close it putting back where it was. Finally I can actually put a face with a name.

I like it. It's simple but not overdone. It fits him perfectly. I want to get to know him better, but I know I can wait. I mean we will have to talk about something while traveling. So I won't ask him too many questions. Shortly after I dry my hair he comes in with a cart carrying food from downstairs I suppose.

"Hungry?" He asks and I nod. He hands me a plate that has three pancakes and a pile of bacon on it. I cover it all with syrup. Yes bacon with maple syrup is delicious.

He sits beside me on the bed while we eat. He tells me about our plans for the night. He wants to go clubbing while I'd rather do anything but that. I didn't even bring clothes that would pass for club attire.

"Can we please do something else? Going to clubs isn't my thing; also I never got to post my blog from the other night. I need to do that." I tell him after finish my brunch.

"Well you could do a double feature. Add some exciting song to it." He tells me.

"How do you know I add music to my blogs?" I ask. Is it even possible that he has read my blogs? Does he know more than I think he does?

"I don't. It was a good guess." He shrugs. I let out a sigh of relief as he says that.

"How about we are tourist? See how many elderly, or newlyweds we can photo-bomb." His eyes meet mine. I love the color of them. The green is almost gray right now. They weren't like that last night or this morning. I wonder what causes that.

"I like that idea." His smile doesn't meet his eyes like it should. Maybe because he isn't used to compromising. He's trying to be nice, I think

"Good. While you go shower and stuff I'll update my blog quickly and then we can go." I grab my laptop from the bottom of my bag and fire it up while Michael goes to the bathroom. I open Tumblr and login. A few messages are popping up asking why I'm late on posting and doing my normal ask session. I answer that I'll explain it all in my blog and do an ask session in my downtime. So that's what I do. I explain about what I'm going through and what I've chosen to do until I find my true self.

The blog is what I normally wrote about. The idiots I watched at the club and some short updates in my life. I also add that this is my last post on this spread. I'm going to start a new one tomorrow. It's going to be about what I'm doing now. Running away and exploring the country while finding myself.
