I woke up early in the morning to get my kids ready for school. It was pretty easy since they always try to dress the same. As for me I wore my work suit that made me look sexy yet presentable. Oh so Julia says.

I had to drop my babies off earlier than usual but luckily the head mistress was a good friend of mine and took them in early.

I quickly had to say my goodbyes and drive to my company. Traffic was no bad today so I was grateful. I park my car in front of the building and head inside. "Ms. Cruz the meeting will start in ten. Here are the papers you asked for this morning as well as your iced coffee." I thank my assistant and speed walk to the conference room.

I reach the room and open the door and walk in. All eyes are on me as I smile and take my seat next to Mark. I look at my watch and see we still have five minutes till we start.

"Did you rest well?" Mark asked as he took a sip from his coffee. "I did although it's not easy to sleep with three kids in the same bed." I say as I smile. "We are still waiting on some one. He should be here by now." Mark said as he looked at his phone. "Who's the person who's missing" as Mark was about to answer the door open and the person who walks in is none other than the person who I've been trying to forget.

Lucian Black.

I stiffen up and Mark notices. "What's wrong?" He whisper to me. "That man that just walked in is my ex husband." I say as I frown. I can't tell Mark is now angry but I put my hand on his arm and shake my head.

I take a deep breath and stand up along with Mark. "Alright. Good morning everyone and welcome to Architect Angels." As I stood there and spoke I could feel his eyes on me but I had to ignore it. I can't let him hurt me anymore. I'm a stronger person now. I'm not that girl everyone stepped on all the time.

As the meeting went on he wouldn't stop looking at me. Even when he introduced his plan if we were to become partners.

"If that is all please help your selves to the food provided after agreeing and signing to the companies terms and conditions to this partnership." Mark said as he ended the meeting.

I felt Mark pull me to the corner of the room and looked at me with worry. "What is your plan now?" He asked "I don't know. I just hope he goes back to Spain. I don't want my kids near him." I say quietly as I see Lucian make his way to us.

Mark turn when he notices my gaze move to Lucian. "Mr.Black glad you could join us." Mark said as the my shook hands. "I didn't know you had such a beautiful PA." Lucian said as he kept his stare on me.

I sculf at him. He thinks I'm marks personal assistant. "Actually this is Ms. Cruz she is the owner of this company. She is like a younger sister to me." Mark told him. The look on Lucian's face was priceless.

"Mr. Tomas can we have a word please." One of the business men called out. Mark look a bit hesitant but I signaled him to go.

I was left alone with Lucian and the silence between us was killing me. "How have you been Amy" he said using the name he use to call me by. "I've been great. What about you? I heard you became one of the top three business men in the world." I say as I sat down.

"I've been better and yeah I did become one of the best." He said as he sat right next to me. "Amy can I take you out to dinner tonight? I would like to talk to you alone in private." He said as he took hold of my hand.

I quickly pull my hand away and glare at him. "There is nothing to talk about Mr. Black. Now if it's about our partnership I am all ears. If you'll excuse me I have some work to do." He tried to pull me but I was quick to leave the room.

I take a deep breath as I enter my office. This day can't get any worse.

*ring*

My phone start to ring and I answer.

"Hello?"

"Ms.Cruz this is nurse Rey. I'm calling to inform you that your child Jason has a high fever." I just had to jinx it didn't I.

"I'll be right there to pick them up." I say as I hang up. I knew I shouldn't have let them play outside to long. Once one falls down with the fever two more follow right behind.

I quickly gather my belongings and make my way out the door. I turn to face Jewel my assistant. "I'm leaving early, so can you cancel any appointments. I don't think I'll be here tomorrow either so send me all reports to my email." She nods and smiles "alright. Did some thing happen to the kids?" She asks.

"Yeah the nurse called and Jason has a fever so I need to go." I tell her as she nods. "Well tell Jason I said hi." I smile and wave goodbye as I hurry to make my way out the building.

"Who's Jason?" A rough voice says. I quickly turn around and groan. "That is none of your business" I say as I turn to enter my car. I feel him pull me. I glare at him.

I really don't have time for this. "Can you leave me alone if you really want to know Jason is the man of my life. Now I have to go." I pull my arm and get in the car. I dive off to my children's school.

Stupid Lucian

If only he knew I actually have two men in my life that I love so much as well as a princess who I adore.
