I don't have a goal or standard
My life is only day by dayBut I'm looking for a well preserved mission
For me to complete
To fill the gaping hole in my chestAnd when I find it
It goes by way too fast
And I am searching
For another way to make the time passMy power is empty
And I am drained
Still I will crawl over the floor
Trying to find something else to doUntil I will find
The ultimate thing
My only mission will now be
To survive day by dayAnd when you come home
Years will have passed
And I am just an old woman in an empty house
Full of despairAnd if you dare
To take me for granted
I will make it my goal to let you pay
For all the times you slept with her
On your secret tours awayA promise was made
When you swore
To love to me for eternityBut you got bored when you completed your mission
And searched for something else to do
