I couldn't help but just smile and keep waking through the halls, of course ignoring all of the glances from everyone. I kinda couldn't wait until the day was over with so I could avoid all of the stares from everyone, but it really didn't bother me as much as I thought it would have. I was pretty much just avoiding it for the most part. Or so I thought I was.

It was finally lunch time. my favorite part of the day. Why? Well, its the last thing we do before we head to our last 2 classes for the day. Which was awesome. I had jus sat down and my best friend Baylen came over and sat with me.

'Damn babe, youre lookin fine as hell' she said to me

'Thank you. I decided I needed a little change for once. I kinda deserved it jut a little bit, ya know?' I replied to her

'I know exactly what you mean, are you doing anything tonight?' she asked

'Me and my mom were gonna go shopping after I got home, would you like to come with us?' I asked her

'I would love too, let me text my mom and ask her if it's okay if I came with you for the night. Would it be okay if I stayed over for the night?' she asked me

'Of course you can stay over, my mom isn't going to mind, she loves you!' I replied

I pulled out my phone and went to text my mom.

Me- Hey mom, is it okay if Baylen stayed over and went with us tonight?

Mom- Of course, honey! i'm gonna have to d a rain check on shopping, I called into work a double shift tonight. Text me when you get there and let me know you girls are okay, love you

Me- ok mom. I'm definitely looking forward to next time, love you too. BE CAREFEUL!

I looked over at Baylen and gave her smile and she smiled back. Lunch went by fast, me and Baylen sat and talked about what we were gonna do tonight and just as we started talking about it, the bell rang.

We gathered our things and headed for our classes.
