Once Again

Chapter Fourteen

Seok Ji POV

as I was finished signing paper work I looked towards yunhwan "did you finish the job I told you to do?"

yunhwan bowed her head a little "yes I did, lord seok ji."  she looked at me with a smile my frown deepened "what are you smiling at? did you find something interesting?"

she nodded her head and turned around to get a small tray, as she was walking towards me I sighed and lean back on my chair with my eyes closed.

Yunhwan POV

as lord seok ji relaxed in his chair I smiled he should really relax more than working himself so hard and almost never get noticed for his hard work as I placed the tea cup on the table I took the kettle and started to pour the tea in the tea cup.

I heard lord seok ji sighed deeply "so what did you find out about kyungseok and hyunhye?" I frowned and focus on pouring the tea on his tea cup.

as I finished pouring the tea I looked towards lord seok ji "I found out that they're more closer than we thought they d be." he rolled neck and answered back tiredly.

"what do you mean by closer, we know that they both are crazy about each other but are to shy or embarrassed to say anything to each other." I smiled as he tried to relax "I mean what I said, lord seok ji."

he sighed again "just tell me the new information you have on my little brother yunhwan." I put my hand on my mouth to try and muffle my giggle "lord kyeongseok and hyunhye seems to have gotten together a long time ago from what I saw last night in the village."

his eyes opened with a frown "what do you mean they're together I never once saw them get close or kyungseok can't even focus on one girl at a time?"

I closed my eyes with a smile "well that's what I saw last night and it didn't look like it was there first time doing it they seem so comfortable doing it from my perspective."

he put his chin on his hand and started to over think things again, I sighed "lord suk ji don't need to worry about them it's just simple love."

he looked at me with a glare and scoffed "simple love... simple love can become more than simple it can become passionate and when they start becoming serious about each other they might think of getting married to each other sooner then later and I can't afford another rival, you know that hyunhye."

I sighed with my eyes closed "well it's your fault for agreeing to marry someone when you don't even have a person to love yet." "that's why I have to find someone fast before one of my brother get married especially my monstrosity of a brother of mine."

l looked at him with a pout and confused expression "which brother do you mean lord suk ji..." i put my hand under my chin and started thinking "did you mean lord gyeongeun or lord jaehyuk."

he stood up and slap the back of my head "ahh!" he grabed the top of my hanbok and glared at me "both of them, you idiot!" l closed my eyes for the pain "l'm sorry lord suk ji, i didn't mean to."

he started breathing hard my eyes widen he loosened his hold and started clutching his chest he closed his eyes l put one hand on his shoulders and the other his back and started going dow on the floor with him l rubbed his back

l put both my hand on his cheeks "suk ji, suk ji! open your eyes for me." this was one of the only time l get to call him by just his name...

his breathing started to get more violent and slowly he opened his eyes i looked at him with a smile, he looked directly in my eyes as always "suk ji focus on me not anything else, alright?"

his eyes started to look unfocused i put his on my chest and started to comb my hands through his hair "suk ji try listening to my heartbeat and focus on my voice and breathing ok." he slowly nodded his head....

as he slowly relaxed on my chest his breathing started slowing down i saw him close his eyes slowly i smiled "good job suk ji."

another attack within the same week this is his fourth attack if he keeps stressing himself he might just....don't think about that yunhwan think positive you idiot, i just have to make sure that l'm with him at all times...

let's just hope his attacks slow down l held suk ji closer to me as i heard his breathing come back to normal breathing i sighed with a smile and comb my hand through his hair i looked at him and realized he was sleeping already...

l leaned back on the behind me and held suk ji close as i combed my hands through his hair my mind in a daze l sighed and looked up at the ceiling.

l closed my eyes and whispered to myself "please let him be alright, let him live a nice, long and quiet life like he always wanted, if you can't do it cause he has sinned badly, ....

then take it on me give his punishments to me not on him..., please l don't ever want to see him hurt but for some reason you really like doing it to him,

you hurt him physically...

you hurt him emotionally....

and when you do that to him.... l get hurt ten times than he does, so please at least go easy on him, let him live a long life, if l have to shorten my life for him l would, just for him.."

as l was praying, l didn't realize l was crying, l laughed and tried wiping my tears, then l felt suk ji grip my hand not tightly like he would but softly, my eyes widen "did l disturb your sleep, lord suk ji."

l heard him sigh and raise his head from my chest and looked directly at me with a frown he put his hand on my cheeks and wiped my tears slowly....did he hear me praying to myself my mouth open and closed like a fish...

he looked at my tear stained cheeks "what were you crying about? l was asleep for a few minutes and you start crying on me, servant" he sighed and looked me in the eyes "why were you crying?, yunhwan."

my eyes started getting wet again l didn't know why, l looked at his chest and laid my head on his chest and smiled "l don't know, l don't know why? suk ji."

l felt my tears dropping on my hands l clutched on chest and laughed "l don't why l'm crying suk ji? can you tell me why?" he scoffed "how would l know why your crying, hyunhye l'm not you."

for the first time in forever l heard laughed not a sarcastic laugh but a real genuine laugh l smiled and chuckled "your right lord suk ji, l'm such an idiot for asking you that question."
