Alice was an art teacher in a primary/elementary school. She loved watching her students' drawing. Their drawings were all so pure and innocent.
It's Thursday. 3C class had art class today in their last two periods. Alice packed some papers from her office before going towards the class. She walked up the stairs and thought of what should she let the students draw.
No ideas came to her mind as she reached the last step of the staircase. She sighed before placing a smile on her face and walked into the classroom.
"Good morning teacher," all the students greeted with their slightly high pitch tone. Alice smiled. She like being around children. To her, children were adorable.
"Good morning students. Please sit down," Alice said, her smile spread wider as she watched her students sat down. They seemed so eager to start their class.
Alice asked the class monitor to distribute the drawing papers. The students whispered to each other excitedly, trying to guess what would they be drawing today. Their excitement grew when Alice told them they could draw whatever they want.
After half an hour, Alice stood up from her seat and started walking around the classroom, looking at her students' drawing.
There were lots of beautiful drawings drawn by her students. Some drew flowers, some drew a beautiful sunset, some even drew characters from their favourite cartoon show. Alice felt proud of her students. She praised all of them and her students beamed proudly.
However, when Alice passed one of her students, Liz's drawing caught her eye. It's a firefighter with the number 974 on his uniform trying to extinguish the raging fire from an apartment. The apartment looked awfully familiar...
"Liz, what are you drawing?" Alice asked, wondering why her student would draw such thing.
"It's a fire that had started at the apartment near the mall, it's so sad that people die because of it," Liz explained to her teacher.
“Don't be silly the apartment is still fine. There's no fire," Alice told Liz with a flat voice.
"Please don't draw such things again," Alice told Liz, slightly annoyed. As she walked back to her seat, she couldn't help but had an eerie feeling. Alice shook her head and tried not to think about it.
When art class was over, Alice collected their drawings and walked back to her office. She decided to look through them tomorrow.
Tomorrow afternoon, Alice went to work as usual (she taught afternoon session). She started to look at the drawings. They were all beautiful and creative. All except for Liz's.
Several other teachers gathered around Alice to look at the the drawings. Madam Clara pointed out at Liz's drawing.
“There's a fire in this apartment yesterday, it's all over the news. The weird thing is how do this student know that firefighter 974 died in that fire?" Madam Clara told the group of teachers.
Alice felt that something was wrong but she ignored it, thinking that it's just a coincidence.
A week past by, it's time for art class in 3C again. Alice gave her students the drawing papers and set a theme for them. After that, all the students were busy drawing their own stuff and Alice walked around the class as usual.
Everyone drew beautifully. Everyone except for Liz. She drew something weird again. Alice was getting a bit annoyed and frustrated.
Liz drew a car accident. A woman that looked a bit like Alice was in the drawing. The drawing was disgusting as it's dark and full of blood.
“Liz, what is this? It doesn't even match the theme!" Alice said, frustration was leaking from her voice.
Liz slowly looked up at Alice and gave her a creepy grin. Alice felt a chill running down her spine looking at her grin.
“Hehe... teacher, today at 7.00 p.m. after school when you're going back home, you'll die in a car accident at the junction right in front of our school. Goodbye."
And then the school bell rang.
