"I'm guessing these things never stop!" Gabby sighed, putting her hands on her hips.

"They never do and probably never will." I told her, looking for a way to get out of here.

The zombies were approaching fast. We nearly forgot about the two guys until one grabbed my leg, tripping me to my knees then pulled me to the concrete floor. I couldn't help but curl into a ball when one of them started kicking me while i was on the floor. The sharp pains filled my body like nails being hammered into my curled up figure.

From what I could see, Nesh jumped onto the other guys back to steer him out of control.

Suddenly the pains came to a halt. I looked up and saw the guy kicking me was screaming in pain and his kicking and punching turned to something else. He was now being the one attacked. I tried to hobble to my feet but I was unsuccessful and I fell straight back to the floor, holding my rib cage where the guy was kicking.

"Ben! Get up now!" Gabby said trying to pull me up.

"I'm not strong enough to pull you all the way, they are gaining!"

I could tell there was fear in her voice, her last words were shaky and her voice just seemed like she was going to burst out in tears but then something happened. It was one of those moments that actually felt like a dream. Bodies continuously started dropping before us, then something big emerged from over the hill, a huge car. The car was like a Jeep and it was barred on all windows with sharp metal objects pointing out from the Bumper and the Grill. I couldn't help but feel relieved when the zombies moved away from us and headed towards the revving car.

I slowly hobbled to my feet with Gabby and Nesh grabbing one arm each to help me up. We looked at each other as the huge car approached us, Zombies falling as the car hit them. Once the car had come to a halt, two men jumped down and held a shotgun out in front of them, pointing it directly at us. One of them looked only a little older than us.

"You guys are only kids?" The youngest one questioned as they lowered their guns, his British accent strong and noticeable.

"What were you expecting?" Nesh asked, crossing her arms to her chest.

"Not kids"  The older one grunted.

The two men stared for a while. Their eyes leering like a hawk finding its prey.

"For the record we aren't kids" Gabby suddenly stated, placing her hands on her hips. "Who are you?"

"Names Mark, this here is my son-"

"Louis." The boy said, eyes still fixed on us. "And yours?"

"Names Ben" I replied.

"This here is Gabby and Nesh." Both nodded in unison. Not very impressed by the two in the heavy truck.

I suddenly felt my legs collapse from underneath me. The two men became a blur instantly and I could feel that I was bruised where I had been kicked.

Before I could fall to the floor my two companions caught me before contact with the hard, stone floor. I raised my hand to signify that i was fine but I knew that I wasn't.

"You look pretty messed up there son." Mark noticed, trying to sound concerned.

Again I raised my hand and tried to say that I was fine. I felt my head spinning and everything turning around me. I placed my hand to my head and looked back down at my disgruntled hand which was covered in thick red blood.

"We need to get him back now." Gabby announced.

"Mind if we borrow your car?" Nesh asked as she pushed through the two men and jumped into the drivers seat.

"Sure, go right ahead." Mark grunted as he followed Nesh into the car.

I felt the ground go from under me as I was lifted into the back of the car as it revved once more. I felt a jolt and the car moved, hitting every zombie that got in its way.

I could see trees pass over head as I lay in the back of the open car, my head rested on many sheets acting like a pillow.

"What kind of name is Nesh?" Louis asked Gabby.

"Do not get me started and don't try to talk to me." Gabby ordered, not making eye contact with the boy straight opposite.

"I'm just trying to start a conversation"

"Did you not hear me pretty boy? Don't talk to me."

"Am I not aloud to have a good ol' chat with a gal of my own age?"

"I am this close to punching you in the face and throwing you off of this moving car."

"You sure about that love. I don't think you could manage."

"Oh how I am holding this anger back."

"Keep going love, your doing so good."

"Deep breaths Gabby, deep breaths."

"In out, that's it, in out."

"We don't need this now."

"What don't we need?"

"Me throwing you off this piece of junk."

"Don't you ever talk about my car like that!"

"Aha. I found myself a weak spot."

"I'm pretty sure your weak spot is that face of yours."

"That's it!"

"Can both of you please shut the hell up."

What? I had to intervene.

"You are lucky, pretty boy, so very lucky."

"Your the lucky one here love."

"Stop calling me that."

I could feel the smirk on Louis's face as I drifted off into a deep, long slumber.
