Sam's POV
I woke up, I don't remember coming up to this bedroom.. Oh yeah, I fell asleep on Josh's shoulder, he must have brought me up here. I sat up, pulled my hair back and walked downstairs. Nick really does have a nice house. I heard the t.v. on, and looked around the corner, Miles, Luke, Nick, and Josh we on the big sectional, eyes glued to the t.v. with Psych on.
"Hey guys!" I chirped.
They jumped, and looked relieved when they saw me.
"Gosh, you scared us." Luke said breathing heavily.
"We'll I wasn't trying to, you dork." The other guys laughed while I made my way over to sit down. Josh scorched over to make room for me, and pulled me down to his side. He leaned over and pecked my lips,"good morning, beautiful." He said it me.
"Morning! Is Maggie up yet?"
Miles quickly said,"nope."
"BOO!!"
"Ahh!!!" I screamed jumping on Josh's lap. He chuckled along with the rest of the guys. I turned around and Maggie was there. I'm going to kill that girl, and wipe that smile off her face. I jumped off Josh's lap and ran around the couch,"Maggie, you butt!!"
She screamed and ran into the kitchen. There was an island counter in the middle of the kitchen, Maggie was on one side and I was on the other. The boys were watching us in amusement. I put a chair to block the way and I quickly ran around the other side and grabbed her arm, sucker!! We were dying of laughing that we both fell to the floor."Hey Sam, we should have more girl time like this.. Want to go to the amusement park today, it's only 10 minutes off campus..?"
"Yeah, definitely!!" We helped each other up and walked back into the living room with the boys.
"Josh, what time is it? I left my phone upstairs."
Josh turned to his phone and said,"9:15."
"Maggie!! We should get ready, so we can leave at 10."
She nodded in agreement and we both raced upstairs leaving the guys alone. It was 9:45 and I walked out of the room done getting ready with my hair curled in a ponytail, purple tank top, black high waisted shorts, and white Keds. Maggie came out momentarily, she had an orange tank top, jean shorts and black Toms. We were good to go, after we grab our bags.. I swung it over my shoulder and we walked downstairs. They guys, still watching t.v. Haha. I felt it outside and it was kinnda chilly, so I got to out on my new favorite sweatshirt!!
"Where are you going..?" Luke asked me.
Did he really it hear us.? "The amusement park." I told him.
"Can I come too..?" He begged.
Maggie said,"No, I haven't been able to spend time with her alone the past few weeks."
He pouted. But he will get over it."nice sweatshirt, Sam" he said kind of as a question. Josh turned around on the couch on his knees, I walked over to him, still on the other side, and he pulled me in. He whispered in my ear,"I love seeing you in my sweatshirt. It's very attractive." Oh gosh:) then I got pulled in for a long kiss, we'll we tried for long.. But got interrupted by my brother, gosh.. I grabbed my keys and yelled to the room at no one in particular,"leaving, see you guys later. And don't worry Luke, I will text you when I leave..!"
He smiled triumphantly.. "Bye babe, be safe!" Josh shouted as I was walking out the door with Maggie. Nick quickly raced up to give Maggie a goodbye kiss. I nodded, and we left. We walked to the driveway, where I parked my car last night. It's a blue outlander sport! I love it!! We hopped in and off we went. The car ride was fun.. Music, windows down and pretty soon we were there!
I parked my car and we paid for a wristband. There weren't too many people which was good. We walked in line for a roller coaster. We were just talking, laughing, talking about girl schtuff..
"Why.?!?!" We turned around to find tape girl who just shouted that and we saw Grace..
"I actually like someone else, and I made a massive mistake with her.." Oh my gosh it was Jake. And he continued,"even if she is dating this nick, I still want to show her that I am sincerly sorry and I would do ANYTHING for her."
Maggie's mouth was open and she turned to me to see what my reaction would be, and.. It was the same.. I was shocked, Jake actually sounded sincere, and sounds like he really does care foe Maggie. But he 'cheated' on her.. I just don't know what to think of this yet. I don't think Jake saw us either, which was a relief, but I do need to talk to him, hopefully before Maggie, if she was even planning to. The roller coaster was back and we hopped in,"Maggie, don't think about this now, it's outright girl time..!" She smiled, nodded and the roller coaster began.
Maggie's POV
Wow today was a really fun day! I love spending time with Sam! I don't know what to think about Jake... But I don't want to have to think about this, really ever if I don't have to..
Sam's POV
I feel kinnda bad for Maggie with the Jake thing... But we won't discuss that now...
Buzz Buzz I looked at Maggie asking if I could answer the phone call from Josh. She nodded and I picked up.
"Hey Josh, what's up?"
"Want to hang out after you and Maggie get back?"
I was thinking if I had any other plans, which I didn't..."yeah definitely."
Want to come over at 6:30?"
Perfect, I'll drop Maggie off and I'll come straight there."
"Great, see you then,bye."
"Bye" and I hung up the phone.
"Want to get a funnel cake Sam.?" Maggie asked me enthusiastically.
"Uh duhh.." We grabbed a funnel cake and split it. It was now 6, we were both getting tired, we walked back to my car and I pulled out of the parking lot at 6:15. Just enough time to get to Josh's.
I dropped Maggie of in the front of our dorm, before she left, she said Nick was coming over. Awh.. I drove about 5 minutes to get to Josh's dorm. It was the same one Luke and Miles were in too. I wales up to his room, knocked and let myself right in.
"Hey babe, how was the amusement park?" He said while walking out of his bedroom.
"Great, tired from walking around I will admit."
He smiled and pecked my lips. He grabbed my hand and led me to the couch. I sat down with him, "I wanted to give you your birthday present now."
"You don't have to get me anything.." I smiled
He cut me off and ordered me to close my eyes and face the other way. I did.. I felt his hands graze the back of my neck and he told me to turn around and open my eyes. I looked down at my neck, and saw a beautiful necklace there. It was two hearts connected, a white one and a black one. He said,"The black heart is me and the white is you."
"Oh my gosh, thank you so much, I absolutely love it!" And leaned across to his lips. And we,finally. Got to share a long kiss.
