Maggie pov
I woke up at 12. My game was at 4 so that wasn't too bad considering I have a busy day today.
I rolled out of bed and took a shower, hoping it would make me feel more awake.
When I got out the question in my head lingered... To put on softball clothes.. Or to not??
Not. I put on my jersey shirt and some athletic shorts. There we go. I French braided my hair and put the bow in. I ate about half a jar of Nutella then spent about 2 hours on tumblr. Deciding I should probably get ready, I logged off.
I slid on my sliders, black socks, black pants, and black belt. I need to do some extra hitting so I left at around 2:45.
I practiced my Batting and soon enough it was time to start. I saw jake and ran over to the fence. Between the holes we leaned into a kiss. Yes, it was soooo adorable. I ran over to the catchers spot and got in position... Let's do this..
This game was going to be different. They would have 10 innings and a half time so Sam could perform.
When half time came we were beating them by 2. Thanking god for this rest I sat down and gulped down a Gatorade by jake. He put his arm around my sweaty shoulder and I leaned into him.
Sam was performing 'I knew you were trouble' by Taylor swift. She was totally rocking it also! She had on some black high waisted shorts, really cute white high heels and a white lace long sleeve top. Don't know how she's doing it. But she did. Once she was done she took a minute to catch her breath since she was performing 2 more songs.
I saw josh sneak up behind her, scaring her. She looked somewhat mad but calmed down when she saw him. She looked confused.
Josh took the microphone and got down on his knee, wait what.
"Don't worry this isn't a marriage proposal. Listen Sam. I know we haven't known each other for forever. And I know what I did was a mistake. I am so sorry. You're all I can think about. I love you so much. I have something for you. It's a promise necklace. I promise that I will always love you. Even if you don't feel the same way. Sam I love you. And if you don't want forgive me I unde-" he was interrupted my her pulling him into a kiss! Thank god their back together. The whole audience awed
I looked over at jake," when are you going to so something romantic like that" I asked him jokingly. He just smirked and gave me a kiss on my sweaty forehead.
"Once you take a shower" he replied sassily. I ignored him, watching Sam glow as she have josh one last kiss before she performed!
For this song she performed 'what makes you beautiful' by one direction. Interesting choice of placement because of haylor... Get it? Get it? I knooow.. I'm too funny!!
She finished her performance with 'tonight tonight' by hot chelle rey.
During this I told jake what happened with josh and gave him my phone. He said he would give it to like who would take it to the police. Thank god. I'm tired of Ryan!
Sadly and gladly it was time to finish the game. I left jake with a kiss and weaker to the batter box... It's on...
..... We won by 10 points!! I was so happy and myles, josh, Sam, jake, and I celebrated by going to frozen yogurt. It was awesome!!!
Once we got done we all went to my dorm and hung out.
