XXX- Obsessing

  🌺 Demi's Point of View: 

Nakahiga kaming dalawa ni Wyatt na magkaharap ang mga mukha. We're actually just an inch away. We were gazing at each other.

Naaalala ko 'yong araw na ipinakilala siya sa'kin ng mga kaibigan ko. Ang saya ng mukha ng mga kaibigan ko kahit na alam kong may halong pang-aasar 'yon. Buti nalang talaga ginawa nila lahat para magkita kami kasi kung hindi, hindi ako magiging ganito kasaya. And that exact moment after the announcement, I thought it only happens in movies but then it happened to me, I fainted.

"What's with the smile?"tanong niya matapos haplusin ang mukha ko.

"I remembered my friends."

"I will always be grateful of them."nakangiting sambit niya. "Kung hindi dahil sa kanila lalo na kay Keam, hindi ko malalaman ang tunay na pagmamahal. You are the true meaning of love, Demi."

Well, I wouldn't see the face of love if not because of him. If he didn't show up in my life, siguro takot parin ako sa mga lalaki. Lahat ng kamalasan no'n, sa kanila ko sinisisi. Nakakatawang balikan. It all rooted with one man and all the rest became monster in my eyes.

"Kanina ko lang nakita 'yong note na inipit mo sa aklat ko."kwento ko sa kanya.

"Oh. My surprise."He grinned. "You're such a loser, Demi. It's why I was at your house waiting for you earlier."

"Yeah. I'm a loser. I broke my pinky swear. I hurt you. I didn't get my surprise."nakasimangot na sagot ko.

"You're a loser because you let me win you. And who say's you're not getting your surprise?"he exclaimed cheerily and my heart leaped in excitement.

"I'm still getting it?"I chirped.

"Yes."

"Like now?"

Tumawa siya at hinila ako papalapit sa kanya. Idinampi niya sa noo ko ang labi niya. It stayed there for minutes. The silence between us was so beautiful. It's only interfered with our pounding hearts, they're beating in sync.

"What's the most favorite place you want to visit, Demi?"he asked while he continuously kisses my forehead and nose exchangeably.

"I just want to be in a very large flower garden where all I can see are the beautiful flowers and your pretty face."seryosong sagot ko.

"I'll keep that in mind."

"How about you? You have travelled a lot when you were with Willow, right?"

"Yes. But those were her favorite places. My favorite? Uhm. Anywhere in the world with you next to me."

That was sweet. I can't help but giggle.

"Is that your surprise? Are we going to visit places?"nacu-curious na tanong ko.

He laughed again. "Nope. You wish."

Tiningnan ko siya ng masama at tumawa na naman siya.

"What's your surprise for me, Handsome?"pangungulit ko.

Isa 'yan sa kinaiinisan sa'kin ni mommy at ng mga kaibigan ko. When they talk about surprises, I won't stop nagging until I guess what the surprise is.

"An ice cream pool."tumatawang sagot niya.

"Gusto ko 'yan."seryosong nasambit ko. My head is already picturing a pool of ice cream with all the flavors and toppings. Ugh. I want an ice cream pool. "Wyatt, kapag may sariling bahay na tayo, dapat may ice cream pool."

A wide smile formed across his pretty boy face and I smiled too by just watching him.

"Noted. As if ice cream pool really exists."he stated, amused at me. "What's your dream house like, lovely?"
