XVII- Confession

🦊 Noah's Point of View:

My baby Demi was right. Harrey and I weren't in good terms. I decided to be brave and broke the Brother's Code. I needed to do it.

When Harvey kissed Demi on stage, I know it wasn't supposed to be part of the show. I knew right there that I needed to do something-that is to protect her.

Weeks went really fast. I couldn't even believe that it will just be a month and a few weeks away until the semester ends.

"Babe."Tawag ko nang makita si Demi na kakalabas lang library. She seemed in a hurry. "Hey. Okay ka lang?"

"Si Wyatt. He's in the hospital. Naaksidente siya."naluluhang sumbong niya. "Can you drive me there, Noah?"

Tumango agad ako. It was something painful for me to watch her in pain because of him. Kung maaksidente kaya ako, ganito din kaya ang reaksiyon ni Demi? Would she care too? It was a thin book-a compilation of short stories by meguitarist. Woah. Short stories, okay. Let me give it a try. Hindi ko kayang magalit ang prinsesa ko.

Kung gaano kanipis 'yong aklat na hawak ko, siguro mas makapal ng tatlumpong beses ang aklat na binabasa niya.

"Palmer, hindi ka naman nagbabasa e! Basahin mo 'yan! I'll give you a quiz after."

Natawa ako sa pananakot niya. Sinubukan kong magseryoso at itinuon ang atensiyon sa mga pahina ng aklat. Nakalimutan ko ng ilang minuto si Demi. I was so caught up with the story 'Unreal'. Woah. This book's good.

"I've finished one story. Galing. Ganda."I shared to her.

"That's the youngest author na paborito ko."she replied, smiling proudly as if she has met the author. "Basahin mo lahat ng short stories sa compilation na 'yan. Hindi ka magsisisi."
