I stood there. Just stood. And stared, too. Yeah, I think I did some of that. It wasn't the kind of time where you felt free to say anything. It was more of a suspenseful mood when everything you said was life or death.
Of course, I had to say something. I was still pondering through sentences. How did I forget what to say? I had everything planned before I decided to face...him. But the sight of his face and the memory of what he did just made me forget everything.
He almost looked like a survivor from a horror movie, with blood dripping down his shirt and bruises all over his body. Except he wasn't the protagonist. He wasn't even an antagonist. He was so much worse that words couldn't even describe it. And he was coming for me next.
His foot began tapping, and it echoed throughout the room. It was a small room, but it was much better than the cluttered space I was hiding in earlier. Although it was bittersweet to leave it, along with the girl I learned to love, I knew I had to face my problems eventually.
"Well?" He said, with an annoyed expression printed on his face. I guess he decided to break the ice. Not that there was much ice to break, since my mouth wasn't saying anything. I didn't understand. There was so much I wanted to say to him. My words wanted to spill out like a vending machine that was fed too many quarters. There was too much, though, and I didn't know how to phrase it into any logical sentence.
I have to say something. Come on, say something.
