"Can you pass me that blending stump" the stranger to Jungkook's right asks.
This class is already peaking Jungkook's interest, but not from the lessons themselves but rather the stranger next to him. In the past 40 minutes Jungkook's gathered that the boy next to him both doesn't listen to the professor, nor jots down notes like everyone else. Instead the silver haired boy sketches with charcoal onto his larger sketchpad while humming along to piano music. Occasionally the strangers foot will brush again Jungkook's leg, but he is strangely not bothered by it at all.
Instead he bites back chuckles that threaten to escape his lips.
The whole thing felt very entertaining to the younger who's never met someone (no, not even Jimin) who acts this way.
"Yeah- sure" Jungkook hums and nods before leaning over and picking up the blending stump and turning back to place it in the stranger's grasp.
Jungkook felt himself getting lost in the professors intro to his class and the history of the history of art. He couldn't help his curiosity that yet again got the better of him. Somewhere deep in him screamed about how good of a decision taking this class was. He can't help the smirk that tugs at his lips as he jots down the professors words, but he quickly finds himself blocking all other surroundings other than the professors words- rather than the actions of the boy next to him.
Class went much smoother than that and Jungkook felt pretty accomplished (especially with his note taking) and smiles down at his closed notebook. He leans over and pulls his bag up off the ground and slides his notebook inside.
"I'm sure this will be a great year" the professors ends with a clap, "you're dismissed".
Jungkook quickly zips his bag shut and stands rather quickly before fishing his phone out of his pocket to text Jimin about hanging out in his dorm tonight.
"'I don't know' isn't an answer according to any teacher I've had before" the strangers low voice completely blows Jungkook over. Earlier the boy was whispering softly since he had the other students in mind- Jungkook really wasn't expecting that or for the boy to continue talking to him.
Why had he said 'I don't know' again?
Oh yeah, why he was so suddenly worried if the stranger would care if he sat next to him.
"Most people say 'I don't know' when they don't know the answer" Jungkook glances over at the stranger whom is slinging his backpack on and stepping closer to the younger to walk past him.
"Yeah, but I think you do know the answer" the silver boy continues with a cocky smirk as he brushes past the younger.
"And who are you?" Jungkook asks in a panting tone after having to move quickly to catch up with the boy.
The silver haired boy's cocky smile hasn't dimmed at all and Jungkook found himself so intrigued that he followed the stranger out through the crowded tight hallway towards the lounge and open area of the arts building. He took the opportunity of not being ale to speak to the older to rather spend that time studying things he hand't before- like the way the boy dresses. A forest green sweater that was straight out of the 90's (or his mothers closet) that was paired with a higher wasted ripped light wash jeans, and finally old beaten pale baby blue hightop converse to pull the outfit all together. Jungkook wasn't sure just exactly how the stranger wasn't overheating in such an outfit, but he learned to stop questioning this boy rather quickly.
