Stop it, silly, you're gonna get us in trouble. 'Oh come on, I'm just trying to have some fun, kissy, kissy, kiss!' Ahh no, you're so childish! 'But you know you love me.' Can't deny that. I love you more than anything, -- "AHhhHHhhhHH!" Lapis woke up in a sweaty panic. Her bed was like the ocean, and there was no way she was gonna fix that before-- "Jasper!" ... Jasper... She was coming over today to talk about the school dance and what to wear, which Lapis didn't know how to feel about. But what she did know was she needed to clean herself up, and for some reason she was feeling like an extra little something was needed.

"MOM, WHERE ARE THE SCISSORS?" Five seconds later her mom came rushing into the room. "Oh no, that is not happening again, Barbara. I WILL NOT condone that behavior anymore, it needs to stop." Lapis' face flushed red. "Mom! That's not what they're for, I told you not to bring it up anymore! It was months ago, and I've completely stopped now. You don't have to worry about that anymore." Lapis used to cut out images from Playboy magazines and glue them in her diary. Her mom was not happy about that at all (she's old fashioned). "I just wanted to cut my hair, I was thinking of going back to bangs. And could you not call me that? That's not my name. It's Lapis." Her mom stared at her in guilt until her prideful instincts took over. Typical. "Well, Lapis Barbara Lazuli," Lapis flinched, "I certainly hope that's all you need them for. They're in the kitchen. Third drawer from the left. And clean your room, I don't remember buying you a water bed."

Wow, great talk. Anyways, time for a makeover. As Lapis was heading towards the stairs her phone vibrated. She instantly checked the message, in case it was Jasper. "Hey Lazuli, it's Peridot, you free tomorrow? My stupid parents are making me come to some stupid party and I don't have anyone to go with. Jasper said she has some family business too, so.. you wanna come?" Last resort, huh? Well, it beats Game Night. "Sure, what time?" Peridot replied and Lapis agreed to go. Then she went down to the kitchen and grabbed the scissors, along with a Lion Licker. Why does Steven hate these again? They're great. "BARBARA!" Lapis jumped, and immediately remembered the ecchi manga she was reading the night before that she left on her bed. "Oh, no."
