"Ok Net I'm in position to enter." I was at the loading dock, ready to enter. "Here we go." I ran in. Without being clocked by the huge number of S.H.I.E.L.D agents in the area.
Once inside, I see five camaras right away. But I avoided the camaras by diving into an air vent, where i crawl for a few minutes, until i come to a split. "Ok Net which way do I go from here?"
"Ok, let me see. Ok, take the one to the right, and the second vent you cross, go through it. It will lead you to the storage room."
"Ok here." I look down and see a guard. "Here I go." I drop into the room, knocking out the guard, but when I stood up I saw a short, white girl, with a deep red hair color, and small pointy buck teeth, and a large, bushy tail, and, kind of cute, but was looking really, really mad, was right in front of me.
"Who are you, and why are you?"
"I'm jake, from statefarm, and here to give out life insurance."
"I doubt it."
"Worth a shot."
She throws a punch at me, that I am just barely able to dodge, causing her to hit the wall. Bending the metal. "What the fuck."
She does throw more, but only one hit, hitting my left arm, making me wince in pain, but not enough to make me stop.
She threw another, going straight for my face. I ducked, and went for a sweep of the leg, tripping her over. "I am so sorry."
"You will be!" she threw another punch but before she reached me. "ENOUGH!" yelled a booming voice, that rang throughout the room.
She froze, then stepped back. "But sir-"
"I said, enough." A man of color walked into the room, he has a black eye patch over his left eye. He is wearing a black trench coat and a black shirt. "I was expecting this visitor. Please leave us squirrel girl. We need to talk."
The girl left, leaving me and the man alone. "Kid, we need to talk."
"Um, I need an adult."
"Kid, i'm the most adult person you'll ever meet."
*Angel's POV*
Ok, this is weird. Last week I was fighting low level criminals, now me and Sebastian are standing in the main hanger in the helicarrier. He left us here, and said he will be back soon, something another newbie. Kind of curious. "So.............. Wanna go see if we can find any secrets?"
"Angel, we really should not mess around in the army base in the sky. Liable to be shot."
"Did I say we would mess with it? It's just a look around. Are you in or out?"
"Jesus Christ fine, just no touching."
"Of course."
"I don't trust you at all."
"Sure.........that's why you work with me."
"I don't trust you with shiny objects."
"Why not? I am trustworthy."
"Well.............."
"Got a problem?"
"Just walk, maybe we'll meet this other member."
"No problem."
We were walking, then there was a bang, loud enough to make the hallway ring. "What was that!?" I say in surprise
Me and Sebastian ran down the hall, until we saw Fury "Sir did you hear that? We should hurry to see if it is serious." Said Sebastian, wanting to run into a fight, just the way he is.
"I know who it is, I was expecting him, though I doubt he would make a noise that loud." We follow behind him until we get to a room, that goes to the left he says. "Stay here, I'll be right back."
"ENOUGH!" I can't hear what is going on inside, but I saw a girl walk out, who seems to be a squirrel themed hero. Then Fury, and then-
"What the hell-" I was cut off unexpectedly.
"Language." says Fury.
"I bet he is just as bad." I say under my breath. "So um, I'm gonna just go this way."
"Umm mr.fury is that Silver Sneak, he bank robber?" Asked Sebastian.
I stop. Hold on what did he say? "I have been waiting to take him down for weeks, and finally I can. It pays to be a hero sometimes!"
"Damn." he says, putting his left foot, behind his right, and rising his right arm up, ready to block and strike, and left closer to his chest. "She's here."
"HEY I EXIST!" yells Sebastian in anger
"Oh, you do?" I said tauntingly. "I thought you left me for a new partner." I was just messing with him now but then he smacked me in the head. "Hey!"
'I noticed you, it's just you don't automatically want to kill me."
"He's the wimpy one." I said. He tried to smack me again but I grabbed his wrist. "Not this time." then I flick his hand out of the way, then swing my sword at silver sneak.
"Is this how it's gonna be?" he says, as he blocks it with the steel wrist guard he has, then hits me really hard with his palm to my gut.
"Your a dead man." I tried to kick him in his leg, but then he dodges. I did finally hit him, however it was his wrist guard."You are a real pain in the ass!"
"I could say the Same to you."
"Very funny."
"BREAK IT UP." yells Fury in a fury.
He grabs my right hand and his left hand. "1. You will not fight in the hallways. 2. You are a team now. 3. Sebastian is in charge."
"Well, at least he notices me." Sebastian said with a smirk.
"Only because your the only one not getting involved." I say in my joking tone.
"ENOUGH. Time for you to meet the rest of you team, the ones with seniority."
"There's more!?" We all say at the same time.
