"Sasuke-Kun!"
Sakura? Sasuke thought as he heard her voice.
"Sasuke-Kun! Wait up!" She panted as she stopped in front of him. The first few buttons of her shirt were left open, so when she leaned over, a lot of cleavage was exposed.
"Like what you see?" She said flirtatiously. She came over and put a hand on his cheek.
"What are you doing?" Sasuke backed away.
"Oh, nothing! I was just wondering if we could, you know, hang out maybe?" She bit her lip.
"Um... yeah," Sasuke said confusedly. What was she getting at? He understood what she was doing, but taking the fact that she was already engaged to naruto into account, things didn't add up.
"So, who kept this place clean?" He casually asked.
"Oh! I did it! After you let the village, Kakashi-sensei said he wanted a volunteer to clean this place twice a week, so I volunteered." She smiled.
"Thank you for that." He thanked her as any person would.
Sasuke walked to his home with Sakura clinging lightly to his arm the entire tome.
They sat in the living room, Sasuke on the three-seater sofa and Sakura on the armchair.
"Would you like to drink water?" Sasuke politely asked. The vibes around the room were weird and Sasuke didn't want to be with her right now.
Sakura got up and walked towards him. She sat on the ground, in front of him and put a hand on his upper thigh, sending jolts up and down Sasuke's body.
"What are you doing Sakura?" Sasuke narrowed his eyes at her.
Her hands travelled up his legs to his chest where she pushed him down to lay on the sofa with her inhuman strength.
She laid on top of him, her chest pressed to his.
"Do you like this Sasuke-Kun?" She asked in a low, husky voice.
"Sakura, no." He told her but she started unbuttoning his shirt. Her hands slipped underneath the fabric and she traced the lines of his abs.
"You are very strong Sasuke-Kun." Her face neared his.
"Tell me, do you love me?" She asked, their noses were touching and her breath tickled his cheek.
"Sakura..." he was so close to kissing her.
After Sasuke had left the village, he had harboured feelings for the pink-haired kunoichi. The feelings got stronger every time he thought about her.
But then came someone else, someone who just might be better. All of Sasuke's senses snapped back in place and he pushed Sakura away. She landed on the floor with a light thud and looked up at him with anger.
"Why did you push me away?!" She shouted as she got up.
"Because you were too close." He calmly pointed out.
"But, before you left the village, why did you give me hope that there could be something between us!?" She yelled at the raven-haired boy.
"Because I had feelings for you," he admitted.
"Really Sasuke-Kun?" Her demeanour changed. There was a smile on her face and her eyes were shining.
"You didn't quite hear me right, I said had, in the past, there were feelings for you, but now, there are none." He simply explained.
Sakura was shaking with rage, pure and utter rage.
"So, who is that bitch that stole you from me!?" She screeched.
"Control what you say! She isn't a bitch, but you, sakura, most definitely are. Do you think I don't know about your engagement to Naruto? Because I most definitely do." Sasuke was angry. And an angry Sasuke was never a good sign.
"You know who she is? Her name is Hinata Hyuga, and she told me that you got engaged to Naruto. Do you know what else she told me? She told me that you were her friend, and you knew of her feelings! Do you know just how heartbreaking it was for her to watch the love of her life proposed to her friend!?" Sasuke yelled. How dare she!
"So, it's her. Hinata huh. I hated her anyways! And you know what? I don't love Naruto either. I was just playing with my time until you came to me. So Sasuke-Kun, I have a solution to all our problems. I'll go break up with Naruto. That will most definitely break his heart and Hinata will comfort him. They get together and we get together! Simple right! I'll go do it right now." A psychotic look was in Sakura's green eyes.
"You are sick. Playing with someone's emotions like they are nothing more than a mere toy! You disgust me Sakura. If you would have shown me this side long ago, I would have never had any feelings for you, you selfish bitch." Sasuke stopped her by gripping her wrist.
"Sasuke-Kun, you're hurting me..." she whined.
"You can't take that, can you? Well, Naruto can't take that either if you break up with him. He would break, inside and out. And so would Hinata. Do you know, it's much more painful when someone breaks your heart? A broken wrist, bo problem, you can heal yourself with medical ninjutsu, but you can't fix a broken heart Sakura, you just can't." A small snap and a sharp gasp was heard from Sakura before she fell on the ground clutching her wrist to her chest.
"Now go, and never come here again if you value your sick life." He sneered.
Sakura, sobbing and broken-hearted, left the house and the Uchiha compound.
Sasuke took a hot shower and then went to bed, the face of an angel in his mind the whole time.
~with Hinata~
Hinata and Hanabi walked back to the Hyuga clan compound laughing and enjoying each other's company. They had had lots of fun, but the twinge of sadness Hinata had been feeling earlier had grown into anger.
She didn't know what it meant and just ignored it.
When she was about to go to bed, a knock on her door sounded.
She opened the door and was faced with a servant.
"There is someone at the door asking for you Hinata-sama." The servant bowed.
"I'll go see them. Thank you for informing me, Ayano-san." Hinata thanked her and went to check who it was, visiting her at this late hour.
"Hinata-chan!"
