It was the day...

Sasuke nervously fondled with the ring box in his pocket while he waited for Hinata to get ready.

Why was she taking so long!?

His nerves were about to snap. Maybe it was the nervousness, or maybe his lack of patience, but either way, he was about to go crazy

"Hina, are you ready?" Sasuke called out softly despite his inner turmoil wrecking him.

"Yeah! Coming!" Her soft voice rang through the hallway before there was a soft clacking sound coming towards him.

Hinata appeared in the doorway with a stunning smile on her face. She was wearing a white t-shirt, which was tucked inside her pastel blue wide leg pants. She had a soft jacket hanging over her arm and a small handbag was resting comfortably on her shoulder. There was a golden bracelet on her wrist and a small necklace adorning her neck. The straps of the sandles she was wearing wrapped around her ankle before disappearing under the wide leg of her pants.

She had put on a little makeup too, just some gloss and blush.

"Oh wow..." his mouth worked before his brain did, and he sputtered out the words before he could think them over.

"Thanks. You look very nice too." Hinata brought her free hand to her mouth to cover her giggle.

Sasuke looked down at his outfit, wich looked significantly more basic. He was wearing a black t-shirt and had put over it a light blue denim jacket. His long legs were clad in a pair of black pants and he wore simple black shoes under them.

"Well I certainly look trash with you on my side." He grumpled, tightly clutching the box that held the ring.

"Aw, don't worry. I'm sure there will be plenty of girl who will still droll on you." Hinata patted his cheek before passing by him and towards the knot hen to grab herself a glass of water.

"But I only want you to be looking at me." He smirked when Hinata stiffened for a second before loosening up again. She looked at him and rolled her eyes with a small smile.

"Can we go now?"

"Yes mister grumpy pants."

"Sasuke! Look!" Hinata squealed as she saw a big, shark like fish trapped in the tank coming towards her.

"Woah..." Sasuke wasn't one to let out the childish part of him easily. In fact, it was on rare occasions that he let loose, especially in public, so when he started pointing at other fishes that he had never seen before, Hinata smiled proudly.

He was so cute.

After the little trip to the aquarium, the two headed to a restaurant to eat something, as it was mid day and they were both hungry as hell.

"I'll have the spaghetti." Sasuke said, pointing it on the menu.

The waiter turned expectantly towards Hinata, who was subconsciously chewing on her bottom lip with indecisiveness.

"Ummm..." she drawled for a minuit. The waiter was going more irked and impatient every second and Saauke could see it clearly.

"I'll have large fries, a coke and the chicken roll." Hinata finally decided with a smile.

Hey! She was wating for two! She deserved it.

When the waiter left, Sasuke turned towards Hinata, who was casually dusting off something from her lap.

"Damn Hina, since when have you started eating that much." He pondered with a surprised look.

"Why? Do you think I'm getting fat?" Alarms immediately went off in her head, and her hormones made her jump to conclusions.
