DYLAN POV:
He kissed me. We kissed! It was the best feeling in the world. I can't even explain how it felt to kiss Jackson again. I never want the kiss to end. But of course, it has to.
Jackson pulled away first and looked me straight in the eye.
J: So, what now?
D: Well, I wouldn't mind if we went back to kissing...
J: I'm serious. What does this mean? Are we back together? Are we trying to work things out? Or is this a one-time thing and we are better off as friends?
D: Well, I definitely hope that this wasn't a one-time thing. I was pretty clear about my feelings for you about thirty seconds ago so...
J: I know that, but...
D: But what? Do you not want to be in a relationship with me again?
J: No, of course, I do. It's just that our relationship was so public. Everyone needed to know everything about the status of our relationship and it was too much pressure. I don't know if I can do that again.
D: So we don't have to. We can keep it off of social media. We can be private. We can tell whoever we want to tell and not tell whoever we don't want to tell. We don't have to broadcast our relationship to the world, we can just keep it to ourselves. Our relationship should only be about me and you, we shouldn't let the pressure of the fans get to us, so we just shouldn't tell them.
J: I agree.
D: And if there comes a point that we decide we want to tell them, then we'll do it together and we'll think it through.
J: That sounds perfect.
D: I love you, you know that?
J: You've said it once or twice. I love you, too, you goof. Oh, and Dylan?
D: Yeah?
J: I mean, just to make it official, will you be my boyfriend?
D: I wouldn't want it any other way.
