I rolled over to feel an empty bed. My head killed and it was definitely to early to get up. For a moment I wasn't sure where I was but I could hear a familiar voice coming from the lit up bathroom. Sam was singing quietly to some song on her phone whilst she got ready. I pulled the covers of the thick duvet off of me and noticed I was wearing some unfamiliar pjs. I got up and made my way to the bathroom. Sam was brushing her teeth so I wrapped my arms around her waist, startling her a little.
"Oh hey" she mumbled as she finished brushing her teeth. She washed her face and turned around towards me. I lazily rested my head against her chest as I was still so tired and externally hungover. "That bad huh" she laughed wrapping her arms around me. I just nodded a little.
"I don't want you to leave" I mumbled. She lifted my head up and brushed my hair to the side, revealing my still bruised neck. She gently left a gentle kiss on the sore spot and looked at me.
"I don't want to either but just think about France! But also promise me you won't do anything stupid and make that bruising worse as it's already pretty bad" she spoke softly.
"Don't worry about that it's not even that sore anymore" I smiled. "Did I do anything stupid last night?" I asked not really remembering the events of last night. I remembered dancing but anything after that was a blur.
"Oh yeh you were terrible" Sam teased "and them dance moves... well they were something else" she laughed.
I gently punched her on the shoulder as I pulled away and started tying my hair. "Your the worst" I pouted.
"Here let me plait it" Sam smiled.
"You plaiting hair? Where's the real Sam I know gone?" I joked.
"Do you want me to do it or not?" She laughed as we both went back into the bedroom and sat on her bed. Sam started doing my hair as she sat behind me. She was only half done when I felt her warm familiar lips on the back of my neck tracing down to my collarbone.
I turned around and pressed my lips to her softly and slowly. Sams hands roamed around my stomach area as she explored my bare skin under the thin tshirt I was wearing. Careful she tugged at the top and lifted it over my head, only breaking the kiss when she needed to.
I had never seen Sam topless so I was careful when removing it as I didn't want to overstep boundaries. She helped me get it over her head and I paused to look at her. She was beautiful. Her stomach was tanned and very toned. I was also surprised to see a tattoo on her hip. "Stop staring" Sam whispered smiling. I carefully traced the tattoo with my fingers, trying to work out what it was and it's meaning. It was a piece of writing with some numbers and a small boat. Sam watched me try and work out her tattoo. "My brother passed when he was 7, that's his date of birth and initials" she smiled sadly. I carefully pressed my lips to the tattoo.
"It's beautiful" I smiled and sam immediately continued to deepen our kiss. My hangover was completely forgotten about.
We both led, our naked bodies tangled under the mess of sheets. I had my back to Sam as she carefully massaged my back. "Tell me about your tattoos" she spoke softly." I turned over and faced Sam.
"Most of them are about my family and freedom" I smiled "and then I have the 'cliche' rose on my hand." I laughed a little.
"It's not cliche when it's your name" Sam smiled.
"Some would argue against that" I laughed.
"Hmm well I like it" she whispered. We sat in silence for a few minutes enjoying the few last moment together before reality hit and we would have to separate.
"When do you leave?" I asked sadly.
"Now" Sam pouted and started to crawl out of bed. I dragged her back and pressed my lips to hers.
"Don't go" I pouted and Sam sighed.
"I have too I'm already late" Sam started putting on her clothes.
"But you didn't finish my hair" I pouted again making Sam stifle a laugh.
"Well you distracted me... that's not my fault and you definitely weren't complaining" she laughed. I sighed and got out of bed grabbing my own clothes. I finished my own hair as Sam cleared the room and it wasn't long until we were hand in hand leaving the hotel. We got a taxi to the airport and Sam had to hurry to make it on time. We got to the point where I could go no further and I immediately wrapped my arms around her. "When I can i next see you?" I asked but knew the answer wasn't soon.
"I'm not sure we will have to see when we are both free, maybe you can come to LA in your next break" she smiled but we both knew I didn't get a break until Christmas.
Sam pulled away pressing one last kiss to my lips "be carful" I sighed.
"You too" she whispered as I watched her walk away. I stood there until I could no longer see her. She was gone.
A few days had past and I was packing for France. Amber and I had agreed that we would go shopping for most things for me so I just needed to pack clothes, shoes and toiletries. I hadn't really spoken to Sam since she landed as we had both been so busy.
I was so excited to finally get away from home and be able to pursue my dreams, I just wish I could do it with a certain somebody. I shoved my headphones in and made my way onto the plane. Amber had flown back a few day ago as I had to wait for my Injury to be checked out before I could go over to France and train. I had been given the all clear I was expected to be at training tomorrow morning.
The flight wasn't too long and amber picked me up from the airport. The apartment was simple with a small amount of furniture. There was a small kitchen and two bedrooms with an open plan living room. It was cozy which was nice and it already felt like home.
Sam- FaceTime me? X
I looked at the time and it was already getting late. I excused myself and went into my room shutting the door behind me when I heard the familiar Skype tune play on my iPad.
