A Cry Unheard

Chapter 1-The Lonely Night

It was a cold Monday night and i could feel the air wrap around my body like a blanket of ice! I'm in my room watching tv like a normal teenager on a Monday night! As I'm watching tv i can't help but think about how my life is a living hell everywhere i look! I'm home alone as always on the weeknights since my parents work monday through friday and my brother is off at college at USC in Los Angeles, California! Usually i would enjoy having the house to myself without a problem but something about this night just doesn't feel right! I think to myself for a second tonight is like any normal night like before so i take a deep breathe and relax! After about an hour or two i end up falling asleep with the tv on and all of a sudden i hear a loud noise down stairs! I don't think to much into due to the fact that our refridgerator makes loud noises when the freezer makes new ice! Then all of a sudden another loud noise happens a few minutes later and i know for a fact that it can't be the refridgerator, i take a deep swollow and slowly get out of bed to go check it out! All the lights in the house are off so my fear is worse than it should be! I make my way through the house as lightly and swiftly as possible not knowing what could possibly be waiting for me anyehere in the datkness of the house! When i reach downstairs i hear the noise again in a different part of the house and i freeze completely when another noise comes from right behind me! I turn slowly in fear, my body shaking, my eyes trembling, and my heart racing wondering if this will be my end! When i turn to see what's behind me, I'm in shock at what i find!
