Chapter 30

After our first day at the beach, we just ate fast foods again. So we fell asleep at 10 pm. But Jeff didn't sleep with me since my brother asked if he can since he and I hadn't have our sibling time. I woke up at 5 am. As usual. I looked over to my sleeping brother, I smiled and I remember what we have done last night. I forced him to watch Finding Dory with me and after that we just talk and talk until we we're sleepy.

Our agenda for today was having a barbecue party today. Since these past days, we mostly eat fast foods. So our cook for the day is my brother. I was in charge with the grocery shopping. I am forcing Hannah, Clay, Tony, Ryan , Jeff and Zach to come with me to the grocery store today. But I think Jess will come with me either.

I slowly get out of my brother's grip and go to my closet and changed into workout clothes. I decided to go for a run because I hadn't have time to do my workout routine here since the house didn't have a mini gym, and the nearest gym is 30 minutes away from the house grabbed my phone , wallet, my clothes and keys then walked downstairs quietly since I don't want to disturb my friends' sleep. I was about to open the door when I hear someone at the bottom of the stairs. I turned around and I saw Jeff wearing gym clothes and have a gym bag clinging on his buff shoulders. I mentally told myself don't stare at his beautiful body but I kept staring at him. I snapped out of my trance and gave him a small smile and he gave one back.

"Why are you awake at this time?" I asked Jeff , he just shrugged his shoulders and begin to walk towards me.

"I just know that you will woke up at this time and wanting to walk the dogs that's why I'm here." He said shyly

"Well, I'm not gonna walk the dogs today. I am going to the gym. Want to come?" I asked him and he nodded. I opened the door and both of us went outside and I locked the door behind us.

"Give me your things." He said as I gave him my things and he put it in his bag. Both of us started to warm up just to make sure we don't have any sore muscles after we  work out. After a few minutes , we started to jog on our way to the gym.

When we arrived, the gym was still empty. Jeff opened the door for us , I went in first and went to the receptionist.

"Good morning! Are you new here or do you have a membership?" The guy asked.

"I'm a member of this gym." I replied as I grabbed my card from Jeff's bag and gave it to the receptionist. He looked at it and typed my name in their computer.

"Miss Allison Walker?" He asked and I just nodded.

"Who is the guy you're with?" He asked

"Just put his visit under mine. His name is Jeff Atkins" I replied and he typed on the computer. He gave me back my card with a paper underneath. I looked at the paper and I saw his name and his number.

"Call me sometime." He said with a wink. I just make a disgusted face and return him the paper. I saw Jeff's face is full of jealousy.

"Sorry, I think my boyfriend will get mad." I said as I grabbed his hand and walked over to where the treadmill is located. Jeff put the bag down, he seems to be still pissed from the scene that happened by the reception.

"Hey, you Ok?" I asked and he just smiled.

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" He asked with a hint of jealousy in his voice and I just shrugged.

"Nothing." I replied as I grabbed my phone and my earphones and started to run on the treadmill. I noticed Jeff started running as well beside me. I take off one of the earphones .

"You know we just finished jogging , right?"
He asked while smiling.

"Yeah,but that wasn't enough." I replied as continue to jog. When I was finished I just relax for about 3 minutes then I started to do some push-ups. I hear some men who just entered the gym started whistling at me. I stopped my workout and turned around to face them.

"You know, You are disrespecting a teenager." I said and they just chuckled. I rolled my eyes at them and then Jeff went beside me and he put his arm around my waist.

"Hey do you want a fight?" Jeff asked angrily and I just hold his hand and looked at him telling him to stop. He looked at me and he begin to calm.  I just pulled him away from where he was standing and we continue to do our workout.

After an hour, we finished our workout and finished taking a quick shower by the gym. I put our dirty clothes in the bag neatly.

"Want to go have some breakfast?" Jeff asked and I nodded. Both of us went to the receptionist. I stepped forward to put my arms at the counter. The receptionist looked at me.

"We are leaving now." I said and he typed on the computer and I grabbed the $100 bill from my pocket and put it in the tip jar.

"If you really love this job , you better respect every single girl or woman who comes in here. If you don't I think I want to have a word with your manager." I said as he just nodded scared at my sentence.I smirked to myself and I went to Jeff.

He leads me to the door, and we walked until we find a diner. I absolutely love diners. Even though I'm rich, I always craved for diner foods rather than expensive foods. Jeff and I sat in a booth by the window.

The waitress went by to our table and gave us the menu. I noticed that this waitress is looking at Jeff with lust in her eyes and I just feel my blood boiled in anger. I just mentally told myself to looked normal because me and Jeff aren't yet a couple. I wish we were right this very moment.

The waitress went back to our table with a notepad in her hands. I just smiled fake at her.

"What are gonna have Ally?" Jeff asked, I looked at the menu .

"I will have some french toast with a fruit bowl please. ," I said and i heard her muttered 'fat ass' and I mentally stopped myself from lunging at her.

"I will have the same please but with hash browns please." Jeff said to the waitress and the waitress smiled at him as if I wasn't even there.

"Ok. I will be back with your orders in a few minutes."  the waitress said and she winked at Jeff. Anger makes my blood boils again. As the waitress walks away from our table Jeff looked at me.

"You ok?" He asked copying what I've said a few moments ago at the gym.

"Of course, why wouldn't I be ok?" I said with a hint of jealousy in my voice.

"Are you jealous?" He asked and I shook my head. He just laughed at my answer and I rolled my eyes at him. The waitress came back with our orders and leave us. Me and Jeff ate quietly.

Once we were done, Jeff grabbed the attention of the waitress and she came back with our bill. Jeff paid the meal and I saw the waitress slipped a paper in front of Jeff. I looked at her and she mouthed at Jeff 'Call me' with a wink and she leave us be.

I stand up from our booth and I exited the diner with Jeff following me behind. He put his arm around my waist and both of us walked home.
