Moving in

You put your last shirt in your spare dresser in Ally's room. You step back and let a deep breath out. It took 1 hour for you and Ally to move your summer stuff in. You and her spun around and admire your hard work. Fairy lights were strung around the room and wrapped around your black bunk bed. Band posters decorated the walls and the bean bags were pushed into the secret corner. Ally jumped onto the bottom bunk and turned on Shadowhunters. This wasn't new to you guys. Her parents already left and pizza was on it's way for dinner. Tomorrow was Ally's birthday party. So after dinner everybody was going to start the decorating. After a episode the doorbell rings. You race Ally to the door and pay the pizza man. You set it down in the kitchen while Ally rounds up her brother. Nick runs out and grabs his slice and sits down in front of the tv. Ally comes out of the hallway and goes to the fridge for drinks. Then Hunter walks out. He has red basketball shorts on and is putting on a red long sleeve shirt. I quickly advert my eyes and walk to my seat. I eat and we all share little small talk. As I am scrolling through Instagram I almost choke on my pizza at a post. I hold back my laugh and show Ally who burst out into laughter. I laugh so hard my sides start hurting, I look over to Hunter and he just smiles and goes back to talking with Nick. That was weird even for him. 

After dinner

Me and Hunter were washing dishes and listening to the music playing off the tv. In Case You Didn't Know by Brett Young came on. 

"ALLY turn it up!" I yelled. She laughed and turned it up. I started dancing to the music and singing the music quietly. I could hear Ally singing too. I turned around and we shared a smile.

"EVEN THOUGH I DON'T TELL YOU ALL THE TIME, YOU HAD MY HEART A LONG LONG TIME AGO!" we yelled in unison. I was laughing really hard and went back to dishes. Out of the corner of my eye I could see Hunter smiling but I didn't pay much attention to it. We finished dishes and got out the party box to start decorating. It was a pool party and a mermaid theme. Ally and Nick stepped out to the pool to blow up the floats and put them in the pool. I was hanging a banner in the living room and I ran out of staples. 

"Hey Hunter could you please hand me the staples?" I asked. Hunter walked out of the kitchen with a box of new staples. I leaned down to grab them and stumbled. Hunter caught me and held me close to his chest. I looked up at him and he was already staring down at me. We heard the sliding door open and jumped apart. I went back to stapling and Hunter went back to blowing up balloons. 

1 Hour Later

The place looked awesome everybody high fived each other as we took in the great job we did. Not many people were coming tomorrow just close me and Ally's close friends a few family members and Hunter's friends. Everybody was tired so we all went to bed. However going to bed in our house doesn't work out as planned. Ally and I changed and lied down and suddenly the door burst open Nick climbs the top bunk to Ally and shoots her with a nerf gun and Hunter hits me multiple times with the pillows. Ally overpowers Nick and chases him around the house with her nerf gun meanwhile I am still struggling. Hunter gets ready to throw the pillow very hard and I move causing him to fall onto my bed. I sit on my knees and start beating him with my own pillow until he does the unthinkable... HE STARTS TICKILING ME! I gasp for air and yelp for help but nothing comes out.

"I will stop on one condition." Hunter says. I prop myself on my elbows finally receiving air. 

"What I-is that o-one condition?" I say out of breath. 

"One k..." He starts to say then we are both shot by nerf guns. Ally and Nick are standing at the door firing away at us. Me and Hunter share a look saying get ready to attack. Suddendly we jump up from the bed and beat the kids with our pillows. At around 10 everybody leaves and goes to their own rooms. Me and Ally lie down and turn on the tv. I wonder what the one wish was? But it doesn't matter right?

THE NEXT MORNING AKA PARTY DAY

I woke up around 8 am and made everybody breakfast. I put blue food dye in because everyone loved my "blueberry" pancakes. Something fell and I snapped my head around Hunter was at the counter and his face was a beat red. I chuckled as he nervously sat down. 

"You ok Hunt?" I asked. He smiled and nodded in response. I went back to cooking and Hunter came over to help. I reached for a spatula to flip the eggs and my hand touched Hunter's we looked up at each other and locked eyes blushing deeply.

"Morning guys." Nick said. Me and Hunter jumped apart. I spun around and gave Nick a "ARE YOU SERIOUS" smile. He put his hands up in defense and walked to the couch to sit down. Me and Hunter finished cooking and served everyone. Around 1pm our friends started to arrive. Since Nick was close to our age he knew most of our friends however only Nick knew Hunter's friends. We greeted everyone and all headed out to the pool. I was the last to change unto my suit. I walked to Hunters room because I still heard voices and wanted to let them knew we were going in the pool. I knocked and heard Hunter yell come in.
