Following me

Speeding down the empty road I look in my mirror. Stupid ass car has been tailing me for awhile. I the next 10 minutes I try to loose the person but it doesn't work. Deciding to just go to Colton's building I speed down the street some more before I arrive to the parking garage. If I get out fast enough then I should be able to make it to Colton before the person following me finds me. Park the car I rush out and across the empty garage to the elevator leading up to the main building. Looking around me I see no one but that doesn't mean I have all the time in the world so I rush to the elevator and press the button 20 times. As I hurriedly wait for the elevator to open.

I freeze when I hear a gun being cocked back. Turning around ever so slowly I am met with the nozzle right in between my forehead. I let out a gulp and look past the gun and at the person holding it.
Dalton gives me a grin. "Nice seeing you again."

I frown "why are you doing this?"

He laughs "You know you're just like Colton's mom. ALWAYS sticking your nose in things that aren't your business." He smiles "so I'll do what I did to her to you."

"Ewww I don't want to have sex with you." I back up and make a disgusted face.

His face scrunches in confusion. " That's definitely not what I meant. I'm going to kill you like I did her."

I refrain from vomiting in his face.

I keep my face stone cold and say
"You can't kill me. I'm immortal."

He frowns "What the fuck are you spitting on about."

I inch back wards putting my hands up I say "No for real. I'm not shitting you." I smile and put my hands behind my back. Dalton lowers his gun about an inch.
I carry on and say "so I'm immortal and your not." I smile innocently "want to know how I know." I whisper.

He nods still confused at my psychotic shit ramble.

"Because when I do this." I quickly grab the glock that was under the waist band of my pants and shoot Dalton just has his face registers with shock. Blood starts seeping through his shirt and I shoot him one more time.
"You die."I lean down close to his ear as coughs up blood "I'll let you know a secret. I'm not really immortal; just good at lying."
I stand and rush to the elevator but it rings open and I see Colton's shocked face. I rush to him and envelope him in a hug. He pulls me apart arms length and examines my state.
"Grey there is blood all over you."
I nod and see his eyes travel past me and to his father.
"I it was self defense I swear."
Colton looks at me then to his father again.
"We have to call the police." He says.
I nod my head "tell them to send someone to the house too." I stifle a sob "and Colton before I tell the police I wanted you to know Dalton killed your mom."
Colton just nods his head still shocked. I go over and sit next to the elevator as he calls someone on his cell.

My emotions flood in for the first time all night and I cry.
I cry for me
I cry for Colton and his mom
I cry because I killed two fucking men

"Grey?" I hear Colton's voice and soon arms wrap around me and I'm embraced with warmness.

"I called the police they are on there way."

I push away from Colton "no no Th the police officer he's working with Dalton."

Colton nods his head and calls the police station again.
"They are sending two other police cars over but the officer who worked with Dalton they can't seem to get him to respond to come back so we need to go somewhere safe preferably my office please."

Colton gets up and my eyes widen when I hear a car squealing down towards us, driving too fast towards Colton and I.

I don't think it's going to stop.
