"Momma? Tell me the story again."
I look down at the small chubby finger tracing the scar on my left leg. I lean back on the tree trunk and lift my head up, looking at the small lake and wildlife around it, I begin my story again.
"Well honey, I was at a uh...store with aunty Tris. Mommy had to go potty and as I was walking out a man bumped into me. He was the most beautiful creature I had ever seen." I'm stopped with a little giggle
"Momma, daddy's not a creature! He's a human!"
I grin down at my beautiful son. His brown hair shimmered in the son and his blue eyes look up at me. He rests his head on my left leg and goes back to tracing my scar.
"I suppose you're right. Well then a man that was handsome stared back at me...

The three year old shook terror through the house.
"Grayson! You have to wear undies!" I yell at the naked boy running through the house and dripping bath water everywhere. I start to run after him but Colton comes down the steps and puts his hand on my giant stomach "Don't want to hurt the baby! I'll get him, babe."
I throw him the underwear and sit on the couch. Propping my feet up I place a hand on my 7 month baby stomach. I watch as Colton chases Grayson around and through the small fort I built with Grayson. Colton's foot gets stuck on the blanket and he ends up tripping. I let out a chuckle and Grayson stops running and rushes back to his dad. I watch as Grayson's chubby finger goes to touch his dads cheek.
"Daddy? Are you ok?"
Colton lets out a loud lions roar and picks up a naked Grayson. Throwing him over his shoulder I watch Colton run to me and plop him down on the seat next to me.

Later that night after Colton and I got Grayson to sleep I end up walking to my bed. Colton comes in a few moments later and he kneels down and starts to undo the prosthetic leg on me. He grabs some lotion and rubs my thigh all the way to were it cuts off.
Ever since the accident happened which was officially 6 years ago, Colton's been doing everything to help me. I had to go to a lot of physical therapy before I could even walk on my prosthetic. I'm so proud that after everything that happened with Colton and his father, Colton built his own business and is making plenty of money to support our family.
When I first found out I was pregnant I was so scared but then I realized I had Colton and had no reason to be scared. Colton and I waited for the gender to be revealed until I was giving birth. When we found out it was a boy, I held the small baby in my arms and Colton was right next to me. I remember him looking at me and saying "his names Grayson, after his mother who sacrificed everything."
Yay, ok don't stop reading yet. There will be one more chapter to this book and then it will be completely finished and I'll try to work on editing it because there are some major mistakes and loose ends so thank you for dealing with that all the way to the end. Grayson's at the top but if you don't picture him that way then that's ok.
