The first day of meeting Kira personally...it doesn't go so well.
I froze. But today was my second chance to impress her.
I showed up at school looking good! As sexy as one could look in bulky winter wear.
I casually hung around my locker, hoping to catch her before class.
"You're obsessed. You don't even know this girl." Stiles pointed out.
"That's the whole idea. To get to know her." I replied. My logic was airtight.
"Look. Your first love." Stiles said.
"Kira?!" I asked happily. Spinning around only to be disappointed.
"The love of your life." Stiles said, trying to convince me of his lies.
"You got me all excited for nothing. That's just Malia." I said dismissively.
"She's coming over. Play it cool." Stiles told me. As if the battle ax had any affect on me.
"Hi, Stiles." She said uncharacteristically sweet. "McCall."
There she is.
"Plague." I retorted. She tousled his hair playfully but flicked me on the forehead before walking away.
"I can't stand her." I said annoyed and went to my class. I'd be late if I stood around waiting for Kira.
Luckily she was already in History class. Reading like the studious little Angel she is. I went over to her and made my move. "Hi, I'm Scott."
"I'm Kira." She said with a
glowing smile.
She's so pretty
"I know." I laughed nervously.
"Cool. I'm glad you talked to me first. I'm really shy."
"Really? I love shy girls." I said. Just as I was getting into my groove, the teacher walked in and started with his class nonsense. "Talk later?"
"I'd like that." She answered. That made me happy. But I played it off cool and went back to my desk.

After class, some girls whisked her away to do girly stuff or whatever.
"Damn." Stiles draped an arm over my shoulder.
"Look on the bright side; You get to hang out with me." Stiles said.
"Great." I rolled my eyes. Then I saw it from a distance. "Is that Theo?"

Malia's POV

I was minding my own business (as I always do) when a familiar face approaches me.
"Theo Raeken. Look who got out of juvie! You look good." I commented.
"Me? You look gorgeous. You cut your hair." Theo said playing with the ends of my new short do. I couldn't stop the blush that formed. I tried not to smile. I've always had the biggest crush on Theo since middle school.
Then he got in that fight and went to juvie for four years.
"Now that I'm back, we should hang out. Like on a date." Theo said sweetly. Holding my hands.
"I'm sorry. What?"

Scott's POV

"What is he doing here? Tell me those two aren't getting together!" I practically begged.
"Why do you care? She'll be someone else's headache." Stiles said. Not untrue but still.
"You don't get it! Such an unholy union cannot be formed." I said.
"That's dramatic."
It was true. Theo, the only other human I hated more than Malia. He was horrible to me and Stiles.
I was ecstatic when he left.
Now he's back to ruin me.
Only Malia gets to make me miserable!
"They're probably just talking. Not like their going to be an actual couple.

Five months and they're still together. Something was very wrong.
For the most part, I didn't care. I had Kira. We were dating. I was a happy man. And Malia was tolerable now.
I'm glad she's happy but I wish it wasn't with him.
Theo was serious trouble. He was an awful human being who destroys lives in his path.
Despite her many, many, many flaws...Malia was still a sweet girl. She didn't deserve to have her life ruined.
"Quit staring at my girl." Theo said.
"I wasn't staring." I said. Then I saw Jackson get between the two and his best friend Danny got on the other side of Malia.
Thank you
"What are you doing?" Malia asked.
"Having lunch with my little sister" Jackson answered.
"You're just going to let them push your boyfriend around like that?" Theo asked.
"No! Let's go somewhere else." Malia stood up and left with her man.
What they did, gave me an idea.
"Jackson? Can we talk?"
