I don't know why I even care? I don't even like the girl but still...
Theo needed to go down!
I watched from a safe distance as Malia shredded on her skateboard.
Pulling off all kinds of sick tricks.
As much as it pained me to say it...
"She's so cool."
Evidentially she felt a disturbance and pulled up. Looking down at me.
"Need something, McCall?" Malia asked with a little smirk.
Why do my cheeks feel so warm?
"Yeah...Can you teach me how to fight?" I asked. It was the only thing I could think of at the time. She removed her helmet.
"Really? That's sudden." She said surprised. Tucking her hair behind her ear. She grew it back and got blonde highlights.
"Yeah. Well...it's always bugged me that I've never beaten you one time since we were kids." I said.
"And you think that I'm going to train you to beat me?" She asked raising an eyebrow. She's so condescending.
"Yeah. Why not?" I asked, shrugging.
"You're so pathetic, it's adorable...fine. I'll teach you how to fight. I'm sick of you always losing to a girl anyway. Meet me at my house after school around 5." Malia told me.
Yes! It worked.

The plan was this; I would find any excuse to get close to Malia. Taking time away from the thing she calls a boyfriend. Jackson will run interference at home and at school and Danny was going to dig up dirt on him.
So far so good.

Malia's POV:
I was supposed to be studying with Theo but here we were. Making out.
"Theo...Stop. We need to focus." I laughed.
"Well it's your fault for distracting me." Theo said playfully and tickled me all over. And a little lower than I was comfortable with. I stopped his hand from dipping into my underwear. "No."
"Relax. I won't do anything bad. It'll be fine." Theo said kissing my neck.
"I don't want to do this!" I yelled.
"Fine then! Be a prude." Theo yelled.
"I'm sorry that I'm not comfortable with you touching me." I replied.
"Don't you trust me?" Theo asked.
"You know I do. But__"
"I just want to be with you, Malia." This is usually where a fun, innocent time turns into an argument.
He wants to smash and I don't.
He accuses me of being a tease. I defend myself. He makes me feel guilty about protecting my dignity.
"I'm not gonna do this again." I said.
"Seems like a theme with you. Whatever, I gotta go anyway." Theo said and got off my bed.
"Theo!" I groaned.
"After five months you can't trust me?" Theo asked. Walking out.
I hated fighting with him.
He just didn't understand.
And to make things worse...
"Guess what." My little sister Kylie said excitedly.
"What, Kylie?" I laughed.
"Scott's here." Kylie said smiling.
"Right...I'm supposed to show him how to fight properly today." I remembered. "Go keep him company. I'll be down in a minute." I told her.
"Jackson's already doing that but I don't mind. Is Scott going to be your new boyfriend? Because I wouldn't mind." Kylie said. I tossed a pillow at the little pest.
"Get out!" Silly girl. Suggesting such things.

Scott's POV

I sat in Malia's kitchen.
Plotting with her brother.
"Man, I'm starting to rethink this.
I'm in the door but what if I can't pull this off? I mean... what if I crack and only drive her closer to him?" I asked worried. This was super important.
"Simple. I break your kneecaps and deep fry your fingers." Jackson said in a hushed yell. I put my hands in my pockets. "Sorry. I just want him gone."
"Hey! Bozzos. If you two are coming up with a plan to get rid of Theo, I want in." Kylie said boldly. She reminded me so much of her sister.
"Hello?" I heard her call. She peered into the kitchen. "Hi. You ready?"
"As ready as I'll ever be."
