Me, Dad, and Pam were in the yacht. Dad and Pam was counting the money.

"Over 200,000 pounds like last time," Pam said.

Dad chuckled and grabbed a handful of it.

"Blue money, great stuff."

Pam giggled. Dad took out a cigarette.

"I've always wanted to try this."

Dad lit a bill on fire, lighting his cigarette with it. Pam and I were intrigued.

"I never wanted much from life girls, all I wanted was to be a star - Ahh!"

Looked like the burning bill burned Dad a bit. I couldn't help but giggle, it was Dad's expression.

We went into this club. We heard a electric piano play in the background. Dad was singing along to the music. The man who was playing looked at him and smiled.

"Larry Gormley, you came back to work!"

"Nah, just visiting."

Dad and him hugged.

"Is that your kid?"

"Yes, this is Leslie."

"That's impossible, you were probably a teenager when she was born!"

"As a matter of fact...I was. I was almost twenty, like Leslie is now."

Pam looked at Dad. Him and Dad were talking at the bar.

"You should hear Larry's impersonation of Billie Holiday! Spot on!"

"Billie Holiday!?" Pam asked shocked.

"Come on, do it for us!?"

Dad was smiling.

"I'm gonna love you, like nobody loved you..." Dad sang.

Dad was on stage doing the impression. It was spot on! He was good! He looked so happy singing. It was satisfying to see Dad happy doing what he loved doing. We applauded for him as he got done.

They threw a party at Grand-mummy's house. We were having fun until Pam saw the newspaper with Dad on the front page. It said a London cabbie on the loose with stolen cash. Dad looked like he was having fun talking to Grand-mummy. Then, this guy walked to him, they left together. I went upstairs with Pam.

"I'm gonna take a short nap," I said.

I laid down on the bed.

"Alright, I know we had a long couple days. I'm sorry we put you through this."

"It's ok. I like a good adventure!"

Pam smiled and nodded. I took a nap but it only lasted for a few minutes. I was awoken by Dad.

"Les, come on, we have to go."

I knew that there was trouble. Dad dressed up like a woman. A brown curly wig, he had makeup on. He looked much prettier than the women I see these days.

We left.

On the yacht, we almost lost all the money because it was so windy.
